Unit 101 - Harbor Point

This condo was so inviting and the decor was fitting to the location. We could not tell that it was a dog friendly unit, it was very clean. The back porch overlooking part of the harbor was a nice touch. The furniture out there was very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and the bed was very comfortable as well. I would recommend this unit and would stay here again. Ashley in the office so helpful and super nice.

We love coming to Green Turtle Bay! The condos are clean and the kitchens are well equipped. The beds are very comfortable and there are plenty of towels in the bathrooms. It would be nice if there were handrails for the steps to get into the condos (some do have them, but not all).

We had a nice time in condo 101. It had a nice open set up and the view wasn't spectacular, but it was peaceful and interesting to watch things going on in the harbor. We saw deer every night in the grass behind the balcony. The property was lovely, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The in-unit washer and dryer were especially helpful. There are comfortable chairs on the balcony with a fan so you can sit and enjoy coffee or an evening visit easily. We went in late June and the weather was very hot and muggy. The air conditioner never completely cooled to our preferred temperature and in the afternoons the indoor temp actually rose close to 80. We were told by maintenance that it was because the AC unit was too old to keep up, he added some freon and it did help. He was quick to respond and at least offered some kind of assistance as he obviously couldn't just replace it on the spot. Some days are just hot like that. We ate at the Tiki Turtle on property for lunch one day, the service was good and the set up was pretty cool, but the food was very pricey for what was served. The office staff were very nice, attentive, and willing to help. The marina shop was also staffed by a nice person who was helpful. Overall, we are planning to return in the future and really enjoyed our time there.

Attending the Commonwealth Yacht, Club’s New Year’s Eve party, we decided to stay in a condo, so as to avoid a potentially dangerous, drive home. Such a perfect experience! We initially had difficulties with the living room television, but once notified, their staff immediately addressed the issue and resolved it. The property is clean and well-maintained.

Most important for out travel are spots that allow more than one pet. This room was spacious. Cozy balcony for coffee drinking. Washer/dryer. Full kitchen. Just bring groceries and stay in for meals and simply walk a short jaunt to eat on the property. We grilled our own steak one night. A few step to the pool and tennis court. King bed. Great sleep.

This is a beautiful resort. We loved the location. The bed needs replacing. It was SO HARD!! The second night tried the pull out bed. NO SUPPORT �� Sleeping was the down side, unfortunately. As my wife was making breakfast, she thought she might have heard a knock. It was a good thing the top latch was locked because someone was coming in. It was an Orkin man. He should have checked with front office before coming to our unit. We were still in pjs.

The condo was extremely clean and tastefully decorated. Excellent location with a view of the harbor. Unfortunately the blinds were not working properly so we could not open them wide enough to enjoy the full view. Maintenance was made aware. Condo is tiled throughout so pets are welcome. Perfect location. Cute tourist town within walking distance.

We came down to grand rivers the weekend after Thanksgiving. The rental we stayed in was very beautifully decorated, the staff was very nice, the rental was very clean. However the bed was literally like laying on the ground. It's was so hard I dint sleep all weekend.i tried the first night and just couldn't get comfortable to I moved to the couch and layed there. Still no sleep but the couch was a lot more comfortable than the bed. Second night didn't get any sleep either.

Property was clean and well maintained needing some minor repairs -
1) Bathroom sink drains very slow.
2) Storm door needs adjusted - out of level bottom dragging.
3) blinds at both doors to exterior deck not working properly.
4) Some interior ceiling repair needed.
5) Understanding where to park was somewhat challenging (no designated parking identified). Not sure if we ever figured it out.
6) We think for the cost of the rental, the furniture could use an update soon.

The property was great! Very clean and well maintained. It is pet friendly and perfect! We stayed for 4 nights. Toured the area and enjoyed cocktails on the patio at the end of day overlooking the harbor. GTB resort and the Grand Rivers offers many things to do. We enjoyed the Thirsty Turtle and Dockers for breakfast. Would definitely recommend Harbor Point 101! We will be back!

This was the 5th time I’ve been to Grand Rivers for a Yorkie event and the 4th time I have stayed in Harbor Point. I already have it reserved for next year. So I guess you can say we really enjoy staying in this unit. It’s almost a home away from home since we know where everything is. My friend sleeps on the couch and says very comfortable. Our 2 pups even seem to like the familiarity of staying here. I do have one request to be considered, would be great to have a handrail added to one side of the steps. It rained a little almost daily during our stay making the steps a little slippery. A rail would just provide a little extra security for those like me aging each year I continued to come and stay. Looking forward to being back in about six months.

This location and resort were a perfect family vacation/visit to family during the summer. Check-in was easy, the pool was right behind the condo, and it was easy to get to any of the restaurants/entertainment on the resort.

We were able to get grocery items at the village store next to Patti’s and it was just a 5 min drive.

Place was much more spacious than we thought it would be too.

As always, the pet-friendly condo, #101, was a perfect place for us to bring our 2 small dogs and get away a few days over Spring Break. The condo is not only decorated nicely, it is very comfortable and feels so welcoming. The only suggestion I have is that perhaps the television service switch to local programming as the Direct service kept going out, perhaps due to poor connection. Other than that, everything was top-knotch!

Another wonderful GTB weekend in my favorite condo with my dog and my sister from SC! Everything was perfect - massages at the spa, great food, drinks and music at Dockers and the Yacht Club, shopping the sales at the Ship’s Store, riding the golf cart and watching all the deer and geese and play time at the pool! A great Marina Day Celebration weekend for me and my dog! Love my “home away from home “ in Condo 101!great shopping at the Ship’s Store, wonderful food and entertainment at the Yacht Club, fun time at the pool and enjoying the view from the deck looking at the water and the deer! Great location. Unit was much nicer then we expected. The grounds at Green Turtle were very clean and the people were all friendly and helpful. Fun bar restaurant on grounds with great bands. Road bikes into town, a short distance. Close to Land Between The Lakes recreation area. Great bike trails and hiking.

My boxer dog and I enjoyed another great weekend at our “home away from home” in our favorite Condo 101! Easy walking distance to the Jade & Earth Spa and also the Yacht Club (love the new menu and Chef) - The Valentines dinner and dance was very much enjoyed! Just love the decor of Condo 102 - always feel right at home and my dog loves it there - can’t wait to come back!

A great Halloween weekend at my home away from home - Green Turtle Bay ! Condo 101 has everything my pet and I need for a relaxing and fun filled weekend - the condo is beautifully decorated and convenient to Docker’s Grill (great breakfast and lunch) , the Commonwealth Yacht Club (superb dinners and best Halloween party ever), and the Ship’s Store (storewide sale shopping)! Love going to The Thirsty Turtle and the Jade and Earth Spa - just ran out of time to get there this trip but we’ll be back - already have reservations for future trips. All of the GTB personnel work hard to make visitors welcome- can’t wait to get back and I really enjoyed the fireplace this time! Be back to my “home away from home” soon!

I love Green Turtle Bay and my dog and I love Unit 101! This is my second time to stay and have already booked another weekend. I love the decor - it matches my style so it makes a great "home away from home"! I enjoyed the Jade and Earth Spa, Dockers Grill and of course the Commonwealth Yacht Club! Took advantage of the pool right outside the condo and enjoyed every minute of the Marina Day celebration! The personnel and the facilities at GTB just couldn't be better!

My sister flew in from Massachusetts to experience Green Turtle Bay Resort with me and my boxer dog! It was a perfect Sisters Weekend! Condo 101 was perfect in every way - it is beautifully decorated and convenient to the pool, the spa, Dockers and the Yacht Club! We rented a golf cart which made it easy to go everywhere at the resort - shopping at the Ship's store and catching the outdoor music at The Thirsty Turtle. All the staff are top notch and really made our trip the best ever! Can't wait to go back and experience my new "home away from home"! Have already booked another weekend in Condo 101!

We rented a condo as we readied our boat for our new adventures. We purchased the boat from the yacht sales there, and we actually had free slip rental through the end of December. We are anxious to get south, so we left on December 19th.

The condo was so very comfortable and convenient. We had everything we needed for a few days and the people in the whole resort are fantastic! We look forward to returning every year as a stop on our great looping adventures

Very nice property! Clean and well decorated though it appeared that two pictures were missing. Great view of the water! Enjoyed the meals at the CYC and at Dockers. People were very nice at Green Turtle Bay.
