Unit 102 Rental
My wife and I came down for a few days just to relax and get away from our house remodel. We found the unit in fantastic condition and bigger than expected. The unit was spotless and very nicely equipped. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. making reservations were easy and checkout was easy.
We had an real nice time at our stay.

A super wonderful and relaxing 9 days
I am so very thankful I chose GTB for the location of my stay. I needed somewhere away and where I could have a time of experiences that were all unique and involved learning. I had a bike and my feet for transportation and everything around was a joy! I got a jigsaw puzzle that was easily laid on the floor in front of the big foot stool. I enjoyed cooking and eating at the bar area. I enjoyed the long balcony and the fans in and outside. I went fishing off the bank and I rode bicycle trails.

Unit 102- Very Nice!
We had a great stay in Unit 102. The location was perfect and very convenient since we were able to dock our boat steps away at the marina. When we arrived we noticed our air conditioning was not working. The maintenance crew quickly made a call and had someone in the unit working on it and it was fixed in no time. The room was very clean and decorated and furnished very nicely. We will be back!

I'll be back!
We had a very relaxing visit. We had everything we needed. The decor was pretty. The furniture was comfy! It was very quite compared to our summer visits. I would suggest replacing the trash can in the bathroom. We look forward to visiting again!

Comfortable Weekend Getaway

Lovely and Peaceful
The condo was clean and well decorated. The furniture was comfortable and the view was amazing. It was lovely to wake up to views of the water and be able to take a morning stroll down to see the birds flying over the lake.

Fantastic

Condo rental
Stayed in a one bedroom condo rental for a birthday get away. The condo was nice and clean, within a very short walking distance to the indoor pool and spa, as well as Dockers for breakfast and coffee. Staff was nice and friendly. It was great!

Great break away at Green Turtle Bay
Lovely time - condo was very well equipped and we were very comfortable. We had the tennis courts to ourselves each day and the pools were not too crowded. Boat rental was perfect.

Great Place!
Check-in was very fast. Great customer service. Condo was immaculate. We stayed for three nights. Also rented a pontoon for fishing. The staff there was great. Not a lot of activity at the resort or nearby in the evenings; however, that was not a big deal. Would stay again.

Good place to stay I. Grand Rivers Ky
This is my second time staying at Green turtle bay and although I think the rates are a bit expensive you do have a nice unit with everything you need, the kitchen has everything to cook a meal with although we never cook while staying. The location is perfect for our annual event that brings us to Grand Rivers and we enjoy walking around the property and watching the turtles down at the dock, would definitely stay again.

Great weekend at GTB
First time at Green Turtle Bay, unit 102 was nice, very clean, plenty of room for my wife and I, very convenient short walk to the marina, yacht club, Dockers restaurant, etc. Marina staff was VERY helpful, docking and fueling our boat was easy.
A couple things need attention. The entry door to 102 hits the floor when it is 1/3 open and is difficult to open fully. Also an overgrown bush right outside the unit completely blocks the sidewalk in one direction forcing you to walk in the grass.
