A Little Gem!
Unit 105 was clean, stocked, and the perfect space for us. As an end unit, it is a great location to the marina which is just steps away. We were able to enjoy our morning coffee on the deck which overlooked the water. We will definitely be back!

We loved our weekend stay. Enjoyed breakfast and relaxing on the deck each morning. We had dinner at Patti's on Saturday & enjoyed all the shops. The mattress on the bed was very comfortable.

Peaceful
We chose the location because of the opportunity to meet up with family that lives on a boat. But we would choose the location again because of the quaint little town and the quiet and peaceful stay. The condo was perfect for the two of us.

A Relaxing Stay
I had a very relaxing getaway. The room was neat, clean and had all the amenities I needed. The front desk was helpful and informative. The checkout process easy. The entire property was beautiful - hills, woods, water, wildlife, trails.

Delaware Visits Green Turtle Bay
We loved Condo #105. We hesitated to come due to the Covid Pandemic, but decided to weather the storm! We loved our stay! The Condo was roomy and nice! Loved the comfortable bed, and the views were awesome! It was also great to have a washer and a dryer! We have already booked another stay for next year!

Yorky Jamboree fun!
Unit 105 is all we could've asked for. We were in Grand Rivers, KY for the annual Crazy Yorky Ladies Jamboree (200 humans and over 300 Yorkies). The views from our condo were awesome overlooking the marina. Easy walk to get coffee in the morning and The Thirsty Turtle for a bite to eat at night. We totally enjoyed our stay.
