This is one of our favorite units to stay in for the one bedroom condos. The furniture is very ’s in a great location right by the outdoor pool and restaurant. it has a terrific view of the water. The only thing I will say is that the resort really needs to move the dumpsters somewhere else so the guests who stay in this row of condos aren’t forced to stare at them when they’re trying to have views of the water

My granddaughter & I went to relax a few days while she enjoyed fall break from teaching. We had so much fun buzzing around in a golf cart & we laughed till we cried. Great time spent in a beautiful location & the king bed was so comfortable. Hope to come back soon. Five 🌟 for resort & Moondance #110.

We really enjoyed our stay in Moondance. Very clean and comfortable. Nice kitchen and plenty of glassware, plates and silverware.

We had a great time and this condo was a perfect fit for us. The bed was comfortable. The condo was clean. We loved being close to the pool. We were there for 4th of July and were able to watch fireworks from the couch in the air conditioning! That was a treat!! This was our first time at Green Turtle Bay and we enjoyed ourselves.

We were travelling by boat and our boat needed some work done at the marina. They lifted it out of the water and would not allowed to stay on the boat. Hence the condo rental. Everyone we dealt with was very nice and helpful. The condo was clean and well equipped and in a lovely location overlooking the harbour and marina. We were there off season so the outside pools closed and restaurant closed for the season. But the spa was open with an indoor pool and town was walkable. Or you could rent a golf cart, borrow a courtesy car or hail a shuttle. Grand Rivers was beautifully decorated for autumn. Patti's 1800’s settlement was well worth visiting! The restaurant, the retal stores and just waking around the grounds was a feast for the eyes! They were just putting up their Christmas decorations which were amazing. I wish we could have seen the lighting if the lights Nov 1!
We did feel that since we were having some serious work done on the boat we would have got a bit of a discount or special rate but that did not happen.

We had a wonderful vacation in 110. We love it there. Needed a once over prior to our arrival. It appeared to have been unused for quite awhile.

The condos for overnight or a few days rental really are the best! They have everything, including a full kitchen. Our balcony overlooking the lake & marina was SOOO relaxing. Perfect for coffee & a good book! And everyone on the staff was so friendly & helpful. Plus wonderful restaurants are in the area! We loved it!!

Overall this resort met our expectations and was a good value. My only suggestion would be to remove carpeting from the older units and the front desk staff was absolutely robotic, average, didn’t even bother standing to greet you upon initial check in and a poor comparison to all other friendly staff encountered.

We enjoyed a relaxing 3 night getaway. We spent time on the water fishing & sitting on our deck watching boats go in & out of the harbor. It was just what we needed.

The condo is nice & roomy & has an incredibly comfortable king sized bed. The sectional in the living room was also comfortable with a nice chaise lounge.

The kitchen was well stocked.

The only negatives are the kitchen floor has a big buckled section, the carpet in the bedroom needs stretched, & the TVs are very small.

We would rent this condo again.

The Commonwealth Yacht Club’s food was so delicious with great service.

Patti’s Settlement’s pork chops are fabulous.

The Thirsty Turtle is a convenient place to have lunch with awesome water views.

very nice space with a great view. need a larger tv, but everything was exceptional. corn hole boards right outside the room and the pool 20ft away. need some upgrades on the putting green. enjoyed the trip!

Once again we love our stay but our condo the TV is so small that you can't read the guide on it and it has a sectional couch that we love and have rented it for years because it's so comfortable but now it's worn out really hope they replace it with another one like it .We will be looking to rent another one now with upgraded furniture. But we love GTB

Our condo was perfect and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. All we had to take with us was our clothes honestly lol. It’s very quiet, and everyone was soooo super friendly! The only thing is we couldn’t rent a golf cart because there was an event going on and they were all gone however I understand... we can’t wait to go back

This was the first time we stayed in one of the small condos and we were not disappointed. It was nicer than most of the other condos we have stayed in around the 300 section, despite being smaller. We really enjoyed the huge sectional and the balcony overlooking the resort. That sectional is really comfortable and inviting. It is a very well kept condo and attractively decorated. We come to GTB at least once a year but usually we have more people and stay in a larger condo. I would totally choose 110 again if we come with fewer people again. Loved it!!!

We came up to Grand Rivers to train with a captain on our new boat. The condo was located in a perfect location, close to the boat and restaurants. The room was clean and had everything that we could have possibly needed

It was a great place to relax and enjoy nature. We rented a boat for the marina, very easy to do and enjoyed a day out on the lake.
Condo was very clean. The pillows weren't very comfortable to fluffy and oversized. But everything else was wonderful. Location is perfect and enjoyed time at the Thirsty Turtle.

Everything was spot on from setting the reservation to
