The unit is equipped with two televisions, a DVD player, a king-size bed, and a pull-out sofa for additional guests. welcoming the new year at the bay
as usual the time I spend at the resort is relaxing and very laid back. I went for the news year eve party and it was very laid back and low key which was nice but a little dance music would have been nice in between the acoustic sets maybe a DJ playing the oldies for the crowd would have been very nice. but I must say the food was great and the staff second to none jace the bartender gets a special nod he is very professional and easy to talk with couldnt believe hen was tending bar at the tiki the next day he is a keeper thats for sure. as is the entire staff from check in to check out..

Great place to stay!
It was very clean and very comfortable. Way better than a hotel stay. Staff were excellent to me. I recommend this place for anyone and everybody.

Great experience at Green Turtle Bay!!
I stayed at Unit 113 - Seize the Bay. The unit was ready when I needed it and clean. My family has units nearby so this helped us have a family weekend event together. Great location!

a needed respite
Wonderful. 34 family cousins also there and the Sun. a.m. devo was awesome. Recommend that Melissa, who cleans the condos, be given extra recognition because she is a friendly, helpful ambassador for GTB.

"Nine night stay"
Condo was clean, well taken care of. View from the back porch was awesome to watch boaters launching and taking out boats. Only thing that I missed is Docker's being across the street.

We love GTB!!
We don’t get to travel often as a busy family but when we do we always stay at GTB. Renting a golf cart is a must! We have more fun buzzing around the resort and Grand Rivers both day and night. I love that we have private indoor and outdoor pools as well as a beach. We spent a lot of time on the beach at this last trip. We enjoyed The ThirstyTurtle and breakfast at Dockers. The resort shop was fun, too, as we had to have souvenirs. We enjoyed feeding the turtles, too. I also appreciate the security of the resort.

Great getaway, rather long or short.
We wanted just a little getaway from the craziness of working with our two teens. It's close to home and the particular place we stayed in was great!! The layout was nice and the lake view was even better.

Great Turtle Bay / Great Get-Away
This was the 3rd Wedding Anniversary gift to our friends. They loved that it was Marina day. There was live music, canoeing & water activities. The employees were helpful & polite. The condo was very clean. & extra towels. Although the wooden furniture was uncomfortable.

Nice condo with wonderful views an amenities, I feel the only downfall is the mattress. It's very hard and must be very old? Other than that, our stay was lovely.

Quiet, comfortable place with a beautiful view.
We have stayed in this rental 4 times. It's always clean and ready to use. It has a beautiful view of the harbor and very convenient to where we park our boat. We always look forward to coming back.

Great Rental
Enjoyed the condo very much, very clean and comfortable. Only slight problem was with the living room TV not working but we were not there to watch TV. Views of the lake in the morning are spectacular.

Home away from Home
We were very happy with Seize the Bay. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and cookware, including scissors! The living room was spacious and comfortable. The bedroom was huge with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was very nice size with hair dryer provided. It was very nice to have a washing machine and dryer! We spent time on the patio as well. Great first visit!

Great condo, great view.
A lovely condo in a beautiful setting. The resort is a fun place with friendly, helpful staff. We enjoyed the setting,restaurants and the fitness area. Grand Rivers shops and restaurants also good.
The National recreation area is a great place to hike and see wildlife. Would definitely return to GTB.

Relaxing getaway with some fishing and eating
Besides being very hot, like the entire summer, we enjoyed our time at Green Turtle Bay. We have stayed in this condo 3 times now. We enjoy the view and close to where I park my boat. Other than a few small normal maintenance issues, the condo is very comfortable. We have places we love to eat when we come down. Besides Dockers and Thirsty Turtle on property, we like to visit Kentucky Dam Village buffet, Barkley Lodge and of course Willow Pond for catfish. I didn't catch a lot of fish, but enjoy going out on the water when I can. We also do some shopping. Staff is very helpful and friendly. We also enjoy seeing all the deer, turtles, and wildlife.

Yearly visit.
Been coming to Green Turtle Bay since early 80's when there were just 2 one bedroom condo buildings and the pool. Condos always clean. Close places to eat. IGA grocery store 5 min. away. So relaxing.
