Welcome to Serendipity! Your perfect lakeside getaway awaits you at this charming two-story condo.

This recently updated unit offers two bedrooms, two and a half baths, and a spacious living area. Enjoy the stunning views of Lake Barkley and Green Turtle Bay Marina from the upstairs and downstairs decks.

Both bedrooms are upstairs with private bathrooms. One bedroom has a King size bed and a tub shower combo in the bathroom. The other bedroom has a Queen bed and a set of bunk beds, the attached bathroom has a stand up shower. There are two fold down Twin size Murphy beds in the living room for additional guests. Relax by the fireplace in the roomy living room for those cooler nights. There are three inside TVs with local cable and DVD players.

Enjoy the screened in front porch off the master bedroom with seating for four and awesome views of the harbor and lake.

The large back deck has been screened in and offers a dining space and plenty of seating for guests. Enjoy a meal with the site of deer wandering about or watch your favorite programs on the outside TV. There is also a spacious deck space with a gas grill, making outdoor dining a breeze.

A convenient half bath is located on the main floor. A washer and dryer are available for your convience on the same floor.

There are plenty of parking spaces available. You are within walking distance of an outdoor pool, tennis courts, playground and the Jade Earth Spa with an indoor pool and fitness room.

Explore local attractions like Patti's 1880's Settlement and The Badgett Playhouse Performing arts center, dining options at The Tiki Turtle and several restaurants in nearby Grand Rivers.

Bring your own boat and use the onsite launch ramp or rent a transient slip. There are rentals available for boats, kayak or even golf carts as well for a fun way to explore the resort and nearby town of Grand Rivers.

The Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area is 2.5 miles away, hosting great hiking trails, kayaking, horseback riding, bison prairie and much more.

Wonderful vacation
This is a great condo and a great location. So clean, so well-stocked, and so convenient to the things we wanted to do.

The kitchen had everything we needed and plenty of dishes. The extra beds in the living room were great for our group, so we could spread out a bit more rather than sharing beds upstairs.

Unfortunately our first two days were bitterly cold outside (early Spring Break cold snap), so we didn't get a lot done, but we took that opportunity to go into Calvert City for groceries, then were ready for the rest of the vacation being able to eat at the condo. The heating system in the condo was a little uneven, but that's not the fault of the owner nor the management. Just one of those building design flukes probably. Once the weather warmed up, the condo temperature was fine.

Great family friendly vacation!
The property was clean and well maintained. The house overall was perfect for our family of 4 and our dog. Only real complaints are that the primary shower didn’t drain well. It filled with water immediately when showering, and the fitted sheets didn’t stay on the beds. Otherwise the house was clean, had everything (and more) that we needed.

Family Getaway
We enjoyed our stay at Serendipity. The condo was just like the pictures. We were 5 adults and 1 small dog. We stayed for a week in early August. The weather was wonderful, and the resort was not crowded. We enjoyed almost all of the amenities that were offered. We rented a pontoon boat with a slide which was a great hit, enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools, fed turtles by the feeding turtle area, rented kayaks and paddle boards, enjoyed live entertainment on Saturday night, BINGO at the Tiki Turtle, shopped at the Trendy Turtle, playing Pickleball, and enjoyed reading at the beach. At suppertime we were able to enjoy a mother deer and two fawns grazing in the backyard.

Serendipity
The house was great and very clean. Plenty of room for all of us. Loved the Murphy beds. Even though the house allows dogs there were no pet smells. We were able to bring our dog along which is important. The outdoor view was beautiful front and back. Loved to be able to walk everywhere we needed to go. We will definitely return.

A Great Experience!
First, let me start with CLEAN! We had the pleasure to stay in the "The Serendipity" condo #119. We had a great time in this condo from all the amenities you would have your own house to the location on the massive property. This condo is perfectly located on the property with an awesome view of the lake. We will back for a quick weekend getaway at this resort. To the Resort, keep a up the great work and quality control of the condo's.

Lots of fun
We enjoyed the atmosphere at the lake. The condo is set on a hill overlooking the lake and was quiet (and some deer were visible in the mornings behind the condo). The condo was very clean and well stocked (except we had 1 towel allowed per person and extra towels were an extra charge). That made it hard to swim in the pool and give the kids a bath in the same day. There is a washer and dryer but who wants to wash and dry their towel every day just so they can swim and take a bath. There was plenty of parking, the rooms were great and all was clean. All in all, it was very good. The golf cart shuttle around was fun and the nearby boating was enjoyed by all.
