The living room's stone fireplace and rustic barn door create a warm, inviting atmosphere—ideal for relaxing after a day of adventure. The sofa converts into a bed, making it easy to accommodate family or friends. Step out to the covered front porch, sink into an Adirondack chair, and take in peaceful water views.

The kitchen boasts granite countertops and an open view to the back deck. In the mornings, sip your coffee while watching deer graze nearby. The deck is equipped with a gas grill, table, and chairs—perfect for laid-back evening meals outdoors.

Upstairs, both bedrooms feature private en-suite baths. The master suite offers a king-size bed with a memory foam mattress, plus a screened-in porch with stunning lake views. The guest room also features a king bed and overlooks a serene, wooded backyard.

You'll be just steps from the tennis court and one of the outdoor pools, and within walking distance to the indoor pool, playground, and Jade & Earth Spa. A short drive or golf cart ride takes you to the charming shops and restaurants of Grand Rivers. Amenities include free Wi-Fi & cable TV, DVD player in the bedroom, and a stackable washer & dryer.

“All Tuckered Out” Gets an A+”
“All Tuckered Out” was a wonderful respite for my daughter and I. The updated decor was tastefully done with up lifting sayings throughout. The beautiful view of the harbor was just what we had hoped for. A word of caution however, is that future guests must be able to manage the 6 steps without rails that lead to the main front porch steps with rails.

Comfortable home with lovely decor and beautiful views!
our stay at 120-All Tuckered Out was fabulous! All the furniture and beddings are quite comfy. The sun rise views from the front porches are beautiful overlooking the lake and harbor. The back deck off the kitchen is large with plenty of seating and sunset views in the evening. We enjoyed the Thirsty Turtle as well with delicious food, a great atmosphere and water views. We will return for sure!

Wonderful experience
My husband and I were needing a get away that wasn’t far from home. This was relaxing, quiet, and tranquil. We made an afternoon at the spa which was so good for us. We would rent here again.

Tucker Out A+
We loved the condo we rented. All tuckered out was clean, comfortable, and had all the things you’d need to be at ease. Plenty of new kitchen items, outdoor grill to eat in or socially distance while away. Recently updated and will be coming back again. If you need a boat or golf cart, reserve well in advance. We missed out on boating because we waited too long to reserve. Nice relaxing get away.

Fun Family Getaway
Unit 120 was the perfect choice for our family getaway! It was clean, well decorated with lots of updates, and located in a great spot (view of the lake, close to playground, pool, tennis court, Dockers, and Yacht Club). We will definitely choose to stay in unit 120 again sometime.

Kick off the holidays with family and friends
We loved our house. My grands were so excited when we arrived and several deer were in our yard. We enjoyed how easy it was to walk to anything we needed and the kids could be outside and we weren’t worried about their safety. Everything was clean and very well maintained and the staff was very friendly.

Favorite Condo at Green Turtle Bay
I have stayed with Green Turtle Bay many times. Condo 120 was the best ever. All the rooms were spotless. Very tastefully decorated. The best part was the deer in back yard. One evening we counted 9. We really enjoyed THE THIRSTY TURTLE. Great addition to the resort. Thank you to the owners for providing and sharing their beautiful home.

BEST GET-AWAY EVER!!!
Condo 120 is AMAZING! The owners have diligently created an atmosphere of serenity for their guests. The entire unit - from its welcoming decor to its quality furnishings/appliances - is perfect in every way. If we ever visit Green Turtle Bay again, we will likely request this same unit. The resort complex, as a whole, is also extremely nice - clean, well-maintained, and top-notch. Not an eye-sore anywhere!!

Have a boat at GTB as well and have always loved . We always get 120 and it has been redecorated and is beautiful. My only complaint is always the same 10AM is just too early to expect guests in a condo to be out.
