This recently updated two-bedroom condo is perfectly situated above the harbor, offering porches on both levels for outdoor enjoyment. Downstairs, you can relax on the side deck with its gas grill and dining table or unwind in the newly screened-in back porch. The spacious living room features a cozy gas fireplace and a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with two twin bunk beds; each bedroom also has its own private bath. Entertainment options include three TVs with local cable and a DVD player. Located in the heart of Green Turtle Bay, you'll be just steps from the outdoor pool, tennis courts, spa, and playground, and within walking distance to the ship's chandlery and boat docks. This is a non-smoking, no-pet unit; however, the owner is a pet owner, and while our housekeepers maintain a high standard of cleanliness, we cannot guarantee the condo is completely allergen- or dander-free.

Top Notch

Green Turtle resort was the most beautiful place in all of Grand Rivers, Ky! So glad we chose this place. The Sunrise over the water and boats was spectacular! One late afternoon there was a Big buck deer within 50 feet, grazing at our back door! We saw many more deer around the property during our weekend stay. We will definitely be back...Thank you so much for your wonderful stay.

Family get away

Beautiful condo in an ideal secluded location.

This was the first time we've rented a condo at Green Turtle Bay and it exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully decorated, clean, quiet, and in addition to the 2 bathrooms on the second floor - there was a lovely half bath just off the kitchen area. The condo was comfortable and made our vacation very relaxing.

Absolute paradise!

We go to Green Turtle Resort every year and stay in the condos! This is our favorite place, it’s the total package. The condo is great, close to The Yacht Club, The Spa, and Dockers Cafe. We enjoy The Thirsty Turtle, the food is fabulous and they have live music on the weekends. The Lake is beautiful, we enjoy getting out on our boat, and you can rent a boat if you need too. It really if the perfect vacation.

Perfect view perfect location!

We rented this unit for New Years and to be near some friends who have another unit across the parking lot. We honestly chose this unit be of the size of the master suite, the king size bed and the two sets of bunk beds in the guest bed. Our two daughters love bunk beds when we travel. The other units available for rent did not have bunk beds nor a king size bed.
Once we got there and unpacked, we realized the unit was so much nicer even with the great pictures in the rental listing. From the coffee maker in the kitchen to the games available to play, Everything you need or want is available. The unit was very clean and well maintained. We will rent this unit again to the summer months or the next time we travel to Lake Barkley.

Ive been coming for 40 years. It was perfect. What else ?

Gorgeous View with a cozy fire place.

Our cabin #125 had beautiful wood floors. The living room had comfortable furniture & over stuff chairs. The master bed has semi firm mattress & was inviting, too hard to get out of the next morning sooo we stayed two more hours in bed. Our bedroom was huge. The view from the cabin has a gorgeous view of the lake. Wild life includes turtles, fish, geese, ducks, and sea gulls. We will definitely stay again at Green Turtle Bay...again & again.
