Unit 204 - Lake It Easy

This house is in a very convenient location to the pools. It has a screened in front porch where we spent a lot of time enjoying watching deer in the front yard. The house has been newly decorated and looks beautiful inside. The only suggestion would be to add a chair or place to sit in the upstairs bedroom and a side table in the bunk bed room. Wonderful place to stay!

This condo met all my family's expectations. Very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Owners' bedroom is very large, and the bed is very comfortable. GTB staff always takes great care of us! The only downside is the number of front steps when loading/unloading.

This rental was perfect for our family of 5 and one toddler. The property description was just as the pictures depicted - clean and well maintained. We felt very comfortable just like home. The location is convenient to everything we wanted to do. We rented a boat from the marina two different days. This was our favorite activity. We also enjoyed a meal at Patti’s 1880 Settlement. This resort has amenities for all ages. I would definitely recommend this place to friends. Customer service is outstanding.

We have been coming to GTB for 30 years and as always the online reservation process is so easy and check in and check out very simple and office staff very welcoming and great to work with! We rented a boat slip as well and the staff at the boat rental dock was great as always too! Great stay overall

We stayed 3 days between Christmas and New Years. The weather was wet so we are glad we chose a larger unit as we were indoors most of the time. The sofa and chairs were comfortable. Everything worked well. Unfortunately both the Thirsty Turtle and our favorite breakfast diner in Calvert City were closed. We will miss the Dockers harbor location for breakfast. A pathway to the rear entrance to avoid the stairs would be nice, and better parking lot area and outdoor lighting would be a big help.

The condo was very spacious and comfortable. We watched a female turtle laying her eggs in a landscaped section of our condo. Always deer to admire in the mornings and evenings. Very peaceful. We had a problem with the gas grill and it was replaced with a brand new unit the very day we alerted maintenance. One of the 2 pools was closed for about a day and a half for repairs, but that was the only issue we encountered. The staff at the Resort were very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely return in the future.

Been coming here every summer for 30+ years! Lots of changes recently! I was so sad to see Dockers is no longer Dockers! That was a staple of where we got breakfast however we do love the thirsty turtle and food was good there! The trendy turtle has super cute merch as I did some shopping! The grounds look very nice and condos all seem to be getting a makeover and landscaping being done! We had a great weekend start to our summer boating

We stayed two nights at Green Turtle Bay. We rented a pontoon boat for Saturday and it was an excellent time on the lake beautiful weather. Then we finished the evening off for the next meal at Patti's Settlement. We will definitely be back.

A great family vacation spot. Deer Crossing was just as described, clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Golf carts are almost a must to cover all the great places to go.

Great experience. Lots to do and the Condo was clean and very nice. Amenities were perfect for our family. We were able to eat on property, rent a boat and get around the entire place on a golf cart that they also rent. Perfect Get-A-Way.

Booking on line was easy. We were able to research the property before we selected it. It fit our needs nicely for three young children and four adults.
We were pleasantly surprised by the large deck out back.
The weather was very nice for the second week of March, so we were able to have a cookout and take full advantage of the deck and screened in porch.
The indoor pool was closed for the week, but they gave a generous discount on the golf cart rental to help make up for not having the pool.
We took day trips to Bowling Green to the Corvette Museum,to Union City for the Discovery Park, and a couple of us went up to Hanson, KY to the rare and used bookstore.
One night we picked up barbeque from Knoth's, another night we picked up pizza from Godfathers in Calvert City, and went down to get ice cream in Grand Rivers.
Deer Crossing had fewer kitchen utensils than 203 had last year, but we made do with what we had.
We had great stay, and had family from out of town staying next door in 203, and have found the condos at Green Turtle Bay to be a great place to get together.

We went to Green Turtle Bay Resort for family reunion of my siblings! We had about 50 people in about 8 different houses! We all enjoyed it thoroughly! We were very pleased with the facilities! Some rented boats and tubed. Others hiked. Some swam in the different indoor or outdoor pools. Some just sat around and played games or talked! It was a great place for all the different activities!

The 3 bedroom condo is perfect for 3 couples. We had a blast catching up with each others family. We enjoyed the patios, the boat rental, etc. We went for a walk and just had a great weekend with friends.

We rented this comfortable unit for 6 people. We had plenty of room and the access to LBL is excellent. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals.
