Relax and have fun with family and friends in this beautiful three-bedroom condo nestled in the woods of Green Turtle Bay. Enjoy the comforts of the screened in outdoor porch, or cooking at the gas grill on the back porch. There are 4 televisions, Free-Wifi, Cable TV with Netflix (guest login required), and a DVD player available for your entertainment. Relax in the recliner by the gas fireplace.

The master bedroom has a King Bed, the upstairs bedroom has a Full, and the other upstairs bedroom has a Queen and a Twin Bunk. There is NOT a pull-out-sofa in the family room. You are just a short walk from the marina, gift shop, pools and playground all while still in the comfort and privacy of the forest and lake. This is non-smoking and DOES NOT allow pets. The owner of this unit occasionally brings their own pet. Our housekeepers work very hard, but we cannot fully guarantee a pet-allergy safe experience.

Loving the front porch
We have been coming to GTB consistently for almost a decade. We have stayed in a variety of units over the years, including unit 207. The recent upgrades to the front porch area were wonderful this year!

Very Nice Getaway
This condo is in a great location, close to the marina, rental office, and ship store. The condo itself is very well equipped. The master bedroom is overly large with plenty of closet and storage space. Other bedrooms were more than adequate with private bathrooms. We had an issue with the AC drain, but the staff was quick to address it and the maintenance guys were professional. Can't say enough good things about the staff in the rental office and marina! Everyone was very helpful and professional. Only con's I can think of are the number of steps to the unit and the narrow drive/parking spaces.

Amazing Getaway!!
We celebrated A very close friends 50th birthday over a long weekend. It was the BEST time. Very clean, quiet, comfortable place to stay. I highly recommend the condo/house, and as always, Green Turtle Bay is amazing. Do yourself a favor and go!

July 4 Family Vacation
The condo was exactly as it was shown in the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked, which was nice since we prepared our own meals. We rented a boat as well and that process went very well too. We really enjoyed our stay!

Better than expected

Navy Reunion
Everyone had a good time. All 3 condos 207, 208, and 309 were in perfect shape and beautifully decorated. We will have another reunion next fall in de units and probably add more people. All questions below are a 5. Very satisfied
We were also very pleased with pontoon rentals

MEMORIAL DAY FAMILY GETAWAY
The home is very nice, well stocked and has plenty of room for a family. The screened in porch on the front is a great place to spend relaxing time away from the outside elements.

Fun Family Time
We have stayed with Green Turtle Bay for several years. This time we were just a little disappointed in our condo. Everyone had a hard time climbing the steps in 207 and the lighting in the bedrooms was very poor. We will come back again but will try to stay in a different unit. We loved that someone from Patti's picked us up in a shuttle, delivered us to the door then picked us and took us back to our condo. We thought that was great!

Enjoyed our stay
This was one of the cleanest vacation rentals I've ever stayed in. Lots of room for 8 people. Kitchen was very useful. If someone has major trouble with steps, there are several to get into the condo.

Memorial Day Getaway
Our experience was great. This was not our first visit and will not be our last. The only suggestion is that the carpet in this unit needs replaced. It is very worn and fraying around seams.
