Relax by the electric fireplace in one of the cozy recliners, or enjoy indoor entertainment with three HD TVs and multiple DVD players. The upstairs private loft features a king-size bed and full bathroom, while the downstairs bedroom includes two full-size beds and its own bathroom as well—perfect for families or groups.

Just a short walk brings you to the water, outdoor pools, the conference center, a playground, and the boat rental marina. This condo is a non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed. Please note: the owner is a pet owner, and while our housekeeping team works thoroughly, we cannot guarantee the unit is completely free of allergens or animal dander

Getaway
Reserved for two nights just for nice little weekend getaway for some peace and quiet. Very nice and all expectations was met. Will comeback and stay again in the future. Very nice.

Our stay at Green Turtle Bay
It was very good. Rental unit was clean. We had a little trouble going between condos later in the evenings because there was very little light in our area. Several pole lights were not working . Other than that all was good!!! We will be back!!

Girls Trip
We had our annual girls trip mother, daughter, sister and niece here at Green a Turtle Bay. The condo 311 was beautiful. The view was nice to sit out on the balcony- had a grill there. Steps away from an outdoor pool which was very nice. Parking was in the back of condo so you walked to the front to get inside. We loved renting a golf cart to ride around all day. The indoor pool was super nice also! During our golf cart rides we enjoyed spotting deer or other wildlife.... we plan on making this a yearly trip!

A Wonderful Weekend Getaway
The condo was very nice. It was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The area was very quiet and relaxing. The view from the living room windows was beautiful. The staff members were very friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to make our stay a great one.

Late Valentines stay

Pleasant Surprise
Just a hidden gem in the tiny community of Grand Rivers, KY! Although I had visited Grand Rivers many times over the years, I never realized that Green Turtle Bay existed. But just a quick turn off of the main street by Patti's Restaurant takes you down to the impressive docks and various types of housing offered here. The property was well groomed and spotless. Check-in was smooth as they already had our keys & paperwork waiting.
Our unit for the night was #311.
All the amenities that would be needed for a long-term stay was available. All areas of the condo were clean and no real visible sign of wear and tear. Beds were comfortable and the heating unit worked perfectly for a toasty sleep on that frigid weekend.
We did not use the kitchen as we ate out but the kitchen was well supplied for those who cook.
Be aware that phone service is sketchy and if there was a way to connect to internet at the condo...we never found it.
The grandchildren and I agreed that we would like to return in the spring and summer when all facilities of the Green Turtle Bay are open as many were closed due to the winter season.
We advise that you bring a flashlight because even though there were outside lights, the paths/walkways to the condos are difficult to see at night.

I would rent again
The pictures accurately represented the property. It was clean and stocked for our needs. I would suggest a low pile carpet. While a shaggy carpet can be comfortable, it is harder to keep looking fresh. My daughter and I were in for a girls weekend after Labor Day. Our main attraction was the spa on-site. But, we did enjoy the food and shopping nearby. We are looking forward to scheduling another trip in the near future.
