This spacious two-bedroom, two-bath condo offers breathtaking views of the bay and has been newly updated with a charming nautical theme featuring cozy denim furnishings. Each bedroom includes a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and DVD player, while the living room provides a large flat-screen TV, DVD player, fireplace, and a pull-out sofa—all overlooking the serene bay. The modern, fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze, and a washer and dryer add extra convenience.

For accessibility, the condo offers ramp entry and shower rails, though extra-wide wheelchairs and walkers may not fit through every doorway. Step outside to a screened porch and deck with a gas grill, perfect for relaxing or entertaining while enjoying the bay views. Guests are also just a short distance from the outdoor pool and playground.

This condo is a non-smoking, no-pet unit; however, please note that the owner occasionally brings their own pet. While our housekeeping team works diligently, we cannot fully guarantee a pet-allergy-free environment.

Adults Weekend Getaway

Unit 312 was perfect in every way. We have stayed at Green Turtle Bay many times but this was our first time in Unit 312. We loved the screened in porch with fan at night to sit out and listen to music and socialize with our friends. Both beds were amazing-so much that we got the name of the mattress before we left. Highly Recommended!!

The only thing I would recommend would be a new shower head in the downstairs bathroom.

Love this resort!

Super clean, well stocked, beautiful view and the beds were so comfortable.
My only concern was the living room furniture was not comfortable for the person that needed the person that has accessibility issues. I don’t have those issues so I was comfortable enough. Myself and all of my siblings will be there at the end of April and we will be using this unit again. We are looking forward to our stay!

The Lake House

We had a wonderful time at The Lake House! There was plenty of room to accommodate our wedding party, and the college kids loved challenging the adults to a game of ping pong! Would love to stay again when it was warm enough to enjoy the screened in porch!

Wonderful Weekend

First time to Kentucky Lake and we will definitely be back. Loved the Green Turtle Bay area. Very peaceful and relaxing. Cabin was spacious, comfy and very accommodating.

ANNUAL FAMILY LAKE WEEKEND

Another lovely family weekend at Green Turtle Bay. This is our 11th year and our second year in this home. Kitchen is well stocked so able to cook and eat on back porch with the whole family with a pretty view of the lake! They also have games and show they care about kids as well as adults having a good time. Highly recommend it!

Beautiful in every way

We have stayed several times at Green Turtle Bay in many different condos and each time it has been wonderful. Condos are beautiful and decorated nicely. The resort has many amenities including a wonderful restaurant for evening dining, a great tavern for lunch overlooking the lake, and a well equipped marina. It also has an indoor pool with exercise equipment and massage services. This is a full service vacation spot and you will love it. Staff is accommodating and friendly. A premier vacation resort!

GREAT experience!

Everything was wonderful from the ease of check-in to the very clean, nicely decorated and well-stocked condo to the easy accessibility of the pool to the accommodations made for our family as we were there for a reunion. We were situated all together on a cul-de-sac near the pavilion that we reserved for meals and the pool was directly across from the pool. We will be back next year!!
