Will Be Back Every Year
This place is the perfect spot for my family. The crew on the entire campus is so nice! Our unit went out at 10pm one night... and while it did take some time to get someone there(they had a lot going on) they kept me informed and got it fixed as soon as they could. Atmosphere is great and we will be coming back yearly! Maybe one more time this year!

Great visit at G T B.,
Always a great time at Green Turtle Bay!! We had 2 condos rented and both were clean and well maintained!! We enjoyed our visit very much ! This was our 20th year of staying there with our family and friends!!

Comfortable Stay for 6
This condo is average size and has all the amenities that we needed. Kitchen is well equipped but a bit small for a 6 person stay. View is great and the outdoor space is large with tables and chairs and a grill is provided. The decks and railings could use a pressure wash. Master bedroom was excellent! Upstairs guests had no complaints!

Nice place!
The place was clean and had all that was needed for our stay. The parking was a little tight by this unit(and we had 3 cars so if you only have one car then no problem). It is an open type place as the beds upstairs are in a loft. So if you needed privacy upstairs or if all are not on the same wake/sleep schedule, this may not be the set up you need. The bedroom on the main level was private. The lower level bathroom is a tub shower vs walk in so also may be a consideration depending on who is staying there. It has a view of the lake, a nice deck and also an area under the deck to sit out on. Bring bug spray and be ready to enjoy the beautiful lake!

Great condo, great view.

We will be back
Easy check in. Golf carts a must. Wish Lawson's would re-open. You can tell the staff at Green Turtle and Patti's 1880 Settlement are used to constantly dealing with this area being a tourist attraction. Boaters on lake were cautious and experienced. Looking forward to revisiting Hu B's and the Tap Room, for food and entertainment. Yacht club had great entertainment as well.

We love Green Turtle Bay

Best Stay So Far
This is our fourth year in a row coming to Green Turtle Bay. We had never taken a vacation to a lake before but in 2020, Covid year, we were looking for something different to do and found Green Turtle Bay. We have loved in every time....but we all agreed this year was our favorite. Condo was great. Location was great. Overall, absolutely no complaints.

Christmas / New Year get-a-way
We always enjoy GTB. This was our first stay in Unit 314 - Bay Watch. We found the unit to be very clean and well supplied. We did have issues with several lights not being operable, but we made due. The bedding situation upstairs was ideal for our family of 6.

Great getaway!
We enjoyed our stay at GTB! It’s such a nice and relaxing area! We stayed in 314 Baywatch. It was a good size maybe a little tight in the kitchen when we were all down there. We did have a couple issues with the toilet plugging up and had to call security. Once it was fixed we didn’t have anymore problems. Patti’s is a definite stop along with their ice cream. We also enjoyed the Thirsty Turtle! Our kids especially like riding the golf cart around. This was our second trip to GTB and I think we could go back yearly!

Great Stay!
We had a great stay at Unit 314, everything was updated nicely and it was very clean. We really loved the wrap around porch and the bonus porch downstairs. It was very close to everything. Parking is a bit tricky at the condos but there was parking nearby for trailers.

Girls Retreat

Family Weekend Getaway
This was our second stay at Green Turtle Bay, and it was just as good as our first! The condo was excellent. The location was right on the lake with wonderful views. We enjoyed watching a family of turtles the entire weekend right outside our deck. Excellent condo and enjoyable stay!

Fantastic

Nice condo and Friendly staff
Our condo was exceptional and the staff was very helpful and friendly at the main office. Very close to the 1800s settlement and shopping which was great. Only thing I would have liked to seen was maybe a fire pit or hot tub somewhere on the property. Otherwise it was a great trip.

Wonderful place to work remotely.
Our family was able to complete our virtual school (kids) and remote work (parents) AND enjoy the benefits of being at the lake front. It was chilly weather, but we enjoyed everything about our stay.

Weekend Get Away
Overall a nice stay. Condo was super clean and tidy other than outdoor funiture was a little beat. some staff was very friendly, other not so much (workout facility). Food was ok not super but not bad.

2 night stay unit 314
We stayed 2 nights in unit 314. The unit was clean and just as expected. The unit has a great view overlooking the water. Loved the resort too. Rented a boat slip so we had easy access to the water. All the 300 units are in a wooded area. We also enjoyed the Thirsty Turtle Tavern at the resort. W had such a great time, we have already booked our next trip.

Sister Reunion
My sisters and I stayed here for our annual reunion for four nights and had a wonderful time! The condo was spacious enough to accommodate our needs, it was clean, comfortable, located in a beautiful area, and was easy to find. The GTB maintenance staff was very quick to come help us with two very minor problems and everyone working at GTB were very friendly and helpful. While there we took a cruise on the lake and visited the Ship's Store. I prepared the majority of our meals at the condo and we drove the short distance to Paducah a couple of times to see sites and visit with family. While there we ate out a couple of time. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely go there again if the opportunity arose. We highly recommend it to others.

Loved 314!
314 was cozy, well maintained, clean and up to date. I would recommend it. Only one caution - the upstairs sleeping area is a loft so you can hear a lot of noise - also it lacks privacy. That was not a problem for us.

Family Getaway
This is our 3rd visit at Green Turtle Bay for our yearly family getaway & our second visit to this unit. We absolutely love it here and the kids never get bored for there's always so much to do. If you are looking for a wonderful, relaxing getaway, then escape to Green Turtle Bay!

The only problem with this rental unit was the deck/balcony had not been cleaned. I swept the area but it really needed to be hosed off.
