Inside, this beautifully updated lakefront condo features a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances (2024), two bedrooms with brand-new beds and mattresses (2025), and cozy Berber carpet throughout. The downstairs bedroom offers a king bed, USB bedside lamps, a TV, a full bathroom with tub/shower, and access to a washer and dryer, while the upstairs loft bedroom includes a queen bed, private sitting area, TV, updated bathroom with a new shower, and USB bedside lamps. The main living area invites you to relax with two comfortable leather recliners, a sofa bed (ideal for kids), an expandable dining table, a large TV, and a cozy gas fireplace you can turn on with a switch. You'll also find games, books, puzzles, and cards for added fun. Just steps away are two outdoor pools, a playground, boat rentals, and the inviting lake, or you can rent a golf cart and head to Green Turtle Bay's Tiki Turtle for drinks, music, and games, explore downtown Grand Rivers, or indulge at the Jade & Earth Spa. Great Stay
My wife and I along with our grandson spent 3 nights at Turtle Bay. The condo was extremely clean. It smelled fresh and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay!
Love Green Turtle Bay! The condo was beautifully furnished and exceptionally clean. The view from the deck and living room of the bay was great! Saw a lot of wildlife (cranes, geese, ducks, squirrels) along with a few folks fishing. Close to Patti’s and Badgett Playhouse theatre too. Wonderful place to relax! Will be back!

Weekend getaway
We had a very restful time away during our stay. This home & the resort were great. We loved the view of the lake from the deck. We'll definitely be back during warmer weather so we can enjoy some boating & fishing.

Unit very clean. Decor a little dated. It also had a rather strong musty smell which never went away. Check-in staff were great but did not have masks on which was disappointing to me.
