This beautiful two-bedroom, two-bath condo sits directly on Lake Barkley, offering comfortable accommodations and stunning views. The upstairs loft features a king-size bed and an attached bathroom with a shower, while the downstairs area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a combined living and dining space, and a second bedroom with a king-size bed, attached bathroom with a tub, and a stacked washer and dryer. Guests can enjoy meals outdoors on the shaded, screened-in porch with patio furniture, or take advantage of the wrap-around deck complete with a grill and additional seating for lakefront relaxation. Entertainment is made easy with TVs and DVD players in each bedroom and the living room, along with Netflix access using your personal login. The living room also offers a queen-size sleeper sofa, allowing the condo to comfortably accommodate up to six guests. River trip
The condo was clean, comfortable and well appointed. After a very long ride it was a welcome retreat for us. We arrived late but the staff was very helpful to make sure we could access our rental and golf cart.

A Piece of Heaven is the perfect name!
GTB never disappoints. Our family and friends love it here and this condo is one of my two favorites. The screened in porch and the condo placement on the end, along with the beautiful lake view are what make it so special to us.

Thanksgiving
We needed a new Thanksgiving tradition. We cooked traditional meal with Turkey and all the trimmings!! The kitchen was very well equipped!! The screened in porch was great place to watch deer, squirrel and other animals.

Unit 321 - A Piece of Heaven
Unit 321 is a very clean and updated condo. We really enjoyed the screened in porch on the side, especially on the rainy day. We had 6 families go on vacation, and our unit was the envy of the group as it seemed to be the most up to date, and the only one of the 6 that had a screened porch in addition to the rear balcony. Very pleased!

Great fall getaway
The cabin was beautiful and had everything we could want. The view was amazing and we took full advantage of it. The resort is close to several golf courses and we played each day we were there. We will definitely be back.

50th anniversary celebration!
We stayed in # was wonderfully updated (appliances and furnishings.) It was situated on a bay with a gorgeous view from the deck, which was spacious enough to accommodate our large group (22), although some were inside. Fun week with children/grandchildren; we were all in the #300’s block which made visiting easy! Will definitely return!

Wonderful getaway to Condo 321
We love this condo. We stayed here in 2014 as well. It is very clean and the decor is very nice. The kitchen is well stocked. This condo has a wonderful view of the bay. My kids loved the condo and we had a very nice quick getaway.

First summer weekend of boating
First time we have stayed in this condo & we will hope to return! It was decorated in a cute nautical theme & very well appointed. It has a beautiful view from the deck & a great screened in porch! It has a wonderful new grill outside & plenty of seating for a larger group! Both beds were very comfortable! Great stay!

Location of Condo 321 adds to family fun
We have enjoyed Condo 321 for the last three years. We found it because of it's location relating to Lake Barkley and the beautiful wrap-around deck which is shaded at our 6 pm dinner time. The condo itself is well appointed with comfortable furniture (bed was great), a stack washer and dryer, and ample kitchen wares and appliances.

Great family fun
We loved our stay at Green Turtle bay at Grand Rivers. We went to fish and have family fun. It snowed so we got fish from a fish market close by and cooked it and had a great time with the family. Our condo was really nice and had everything we needed. We had a beautiful view of the lake. I loved see deer every time we went out and watching eagles fly over the lake. Great time.

Serene and Peaceful
Wonderful visit. Condo 321 was lovely. It was clean, and I was amazed by how well the kitchen was stocked. Very enjoyable visit with my 80 year old mom. Alison was so helpful and friendly helping us find the perfect condo. She picked a great one!

Our Wedding Stay at Green Turtle Bay -- So Fun!
We stayed in a lovely two-bedroom condo for a family wedding. Our accommodations were perfect and the resort is terrific. It was a beautiful place for a wedding and we had a great time.

Although nice and clean, I felt like I was intruding into someone home....the decorations and nick-nacks were way too personal and somewhat cluttered.
The unit I stayed at last year, in the same area, was much more professionally presented, than the unit this year.
