This beautiful two-bedroom, two-bath, two-story condo with a loft offers stunning water views overlooking the bay. The living room features a cozy fireplace with a flat-screen TV mounted above it, perfect for relaxing evenings. The upstairs bedroom includes a king-size bed, while the downstairs bedroom has a queen-size bed—both equipped with cable TV and DVD players. Please note: this condo is non-smoking and pet-free; however, the owner is a pet owner, and while our housekeepers maintain the unit to a high standard, we cannot guarantee it is completely free of allergens or animal dander. Conveniently located, you'll be just a short walk from boat rentals, a playground, and one of two outdoor pools.

Great experience!
We had a great experience here-- the condo was very clean with all the amenities as described. The view from the balcony was beautiful and they gave us a tag to park our boat trailer at the nearby boat launch during out stay. This was the perfect location for boating all over Lake Barkley and Kentucky Lake.

Great place to stay!
We had a lot of fun on our vacation. The condo we rented was very nice and had a great view of the water! We loved the Tiki for dinners, the food and service was excellent. We have already booked our vacation here for next year.

Highly Recommend This Get-Away
Very nice Thanksgiving Get-away. The people were very friendly. Our Grandchild enjoyed the pool but no one enjoyed themselves more then the wife from her massage at the SPA! Very lovely 4 days.

Great condo!
Great for our weekend getaway with another couple. Plenty of room in condo, close to everything in Grand Rivers. Very little parking space, not enough parking for more than one car per condo.

Covid 19 Getaway
Came here for weekend Getaway October 16th to celebrate our daughter's 20th birthday and relax as family. First time to stay in Condo here will never stay in a hotel again after this experience. We all love the outdoors and Condo was right on water #326 . Very nice view all the way around in cove we stayed at (Bayside Area). We have always gone to East Tn for vacation (Smokey Mountains) we are from West Tn but after this experience will be making this our new vacation spot for Summer and Fall Getaways when we can stay for a week not just weekend. Very friendly staff.

Relaxing at Green Turtle Bay Resort
Our condo exceeded our expectations for comfort, relaxation and COVID safety. We watched turtles from our deck, enjoyed witnessing sunrise and exploring the grounds. Needed a few more days to truly experience all that the resort has to offer. A definite must for time at Kentucky Lakes region.

Great stay at Green Turtle Bay
We had a great 3 night stay. Condo was clean and had a great view. Resort is beautiful and we enjoyed all of the restaurants. Only issue we had was parking: one of the nearby condos was having a celebration of some type, and lots of
extra cars.

Lake weekend
Nice weekend love the location of the condo but the bedding was not satisfactory at all! Mattresses were very poor and led to sleepless nights! Love the resort and the restaurants and of course the lake life!

Best place on the lakes.
Green turtle bay is a first class experience. We have been going there for several years multiple times a year and have never been disappointed. The whole place is first class. Beautiful condos, very clean, first class employees and good food.
