We came back for our second visit to the same cabin on the waterfront. We love the serenity, the view, walking and seeing deer every time, Tiki Turtle Bingo night, fishing for bass on Kentucky Lake, dinner at Paula's, and so much more.

Cannot say enough about the accommodations...from the easy check in/check out to the well stocked kitchen necessities. Parking was the only SLIGHT issue. Apparently our little cul-de-sac was the popular place to be this weekend ;) Tiki Turtle was the place for relaxing drinks and entertainment. Can't say enough about this place.

Great location and great view ! Just right for a couple celebrating an anniversary like us! Beware that the bathroom is really too small for two people at the same time, but the unit was clean and nicely furnished.

A very lovely condo with a great view. Everything was well organized and clean. Good communication. This was a 1 night stay as we were traveling through the area on our way home from Florida. We appreciate your allowing a 1 night stay, so many do not. We would not have experienced this area without that and intend to come back for a longer stay.
Green Turtle has many accommodation options to serve a variety of needs. It was snowing this time. Next time we will come as a destination and in better weather.

The resort property is exceptionally clean. The grounds are extremely well maintained. The office staff are friendly and helpful. Any problems are addressed immediately. The one-bedroom unit I stayed in has the best view of the water. There are a couple of maintenance issues that are hopefully being addressed this fall. Overall, I highly recommend Green Turtle Bay Resort!

The resort was quiet as we were there during the week. Our unit was perfect for the two of us. The view of the water was very calming. The view of the water was very calming and had a gorgeous sunrise view. We also enjoyed renting a pontoon boat to fish and swim, a massage at the spa, and walks and bike rides through the resort. The Tiki Turtle is handy and a great palce for a drink and a bite to eat.

We enjoyed our stay. It was nice to look out over the lake and see the Canadian geese. There was even a red-headed woodpecker on the tree by our deck. We definitely will book another stay.
You may want to consider lining the parking lot.

Very nice experience- everything as described, great location and view right on the water with both a lock and marina view, could hear the music from the bar across the way while we enjoyed drinks our own deck, private and comfortable inside and out. Only suggestion- install blackout curtains over window behind bed- that window faces the parking and is unobstructed, so VERY bright at night and not everyone likes that. Management staff very efficient and friendly. Overall a pleasant and enjoyable stay- highly recommend.

This adorable one bedroom cottage has a deck overlooking the lake. It is located in a quiet area of the resort. It had all the supplies we needed for a three-night stay.

Our condo was Barefoot cottage. The cottage was a perfect getaway. Very clean, kitchen was very well stocked even with a few items we forgot to bring. We really enjoyed the bay side view from our deck. Even caught a few fish from the bank just below our deck.

Great weekend, picked up a Tri-toon from Justin,Cody and Vebbie @ yacht sales, another great experience. will be spending more time a GTB. Great condo, only negative is possibly look into replacing walk way, although i did see more decks/walkways being replaced.

I have stayed at GTB many times over the last 20 years. My daughter and I started having a girl's weekend getaway, which turned into an annual event. Two years ago we stayed at this gem and decided to make it our destination every year. We come in the Spring and get a great discounted rate. It is very peaceful and allows us to unwind from the stress of city living.

Delightful water-side decorations: fish, herons, anchors; plus a map of the between-the-lakes area. Cleaning staff are friendly and came to the aid of a couple of senior citizens when we needed it. Loved the condo and the big king bed.

Spent two nights in this lovely rental and it was a perfect getaway. Views from the balcony were beautiful and we could even hear the music from the Thirsty Turtle on Friday night, which was fun! The unit was decorated with cute nautical items that added to the vacation feel. Only downside was that parking was a bit tight, but we never had much trouble. Not walking distance to much, but a quick drive to everything in town. Would absolutely stay here again.

Our first time visit to Green Turtle Bay. We really liked the area. Drove around and visited other marina's , restaurants and bars. We were at the thirsty turtle all three nights. Met people from different states. Everyone was friendly. Our waitresses always took the time to stop and chat awhile. We like to fish so we were a little disappointed that we really couldn't find a place to fish, like a fishing dock or designated area. We had to drive to nearby places. Overall, I am sure we will be back.

This is a lovely one bedroom, one bathroom cottage, that sits on a bay of Lake Barkley. The Lake Barkley Dam and locks are viewable from the back deck, as is one of the Green Turtle Bay marinas. The kitchen was well stocked with any cooking item you may need, including some coffee packets. The bathroom also had hotel-like soap and shampoo. The bedroom is very large and the bed is comfy. We didn’t have the tv’s on much while we were there because there’s so much to do around Grand Rivers, but there are tv’s in the bedroom and great room. We visited during the winter but I can say we would have been on the back deck the entire time if it had been warmer. This was our first visit and will not be our last!

First time at this location and will definitely return. The one bedroom condo that we were in was perfect for the two of us and had a nice view of the bay. The grounds of the resort were nice to walk through for exercise and sites. We had breakfast at Dockers and two dinners at the Thirsty Turtle, both had great service and food. We were there from a mon-thurs in late Oct. Be aware that Dockers is closed mon-weds and The Commonweath Yacht Club is closed mon and tues at that time of year.

Had a nice relaxing stay. Had a great view of the water. It was very peaceful as we were the only ones on the cul de sac during our stay. The condo was very nice and clean. The living room furniture was not very comfortable, other than that everything was wonderful. Can't wait for our next visit!

I just want to say, we’ll be back! The setting was tranquil with plenty of picturesque views. From the moon shining on the water and the sailboats docked in the bay at night to eagles in the sky and deer during the day, it was like being on the coast and in the mountains all at the same time! The condo we stayed in was extra clean with all the comforts of home. The bed was very comfortable too! Shout out to the Thirsty Turtle! We ordered carry out one night and it was delicious! We are excited about our next trip to Green Turtle Bay Resort.

The condo was fantastic! The view off the deck was my favorite. There was so much wildlife!! The fireplace in the evening made it so cozy. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. We just got home a few days ago and I’m already thinking about when we can return!

The only thing that we didn’t like; was there was no parking for condo 328. Everyone else that was checking into either condo 327 and 329 would come and knock on our door telling us that we needed to move our vehicle; because we were parked in their spot. So, where is condo 328 supposed to park? Next year, I will be requesting the pull off area up the hill.

The stay was perfect. The condo was clean. The only negative would be the deck and the condition of the boards and rails. They look like they would be a danger, since most look like they are rotten and will fall through. The rails are not tall enough to prevent falls and were very shaky. But all in all it was a very nice place and would recommend the entire place to anyone who needs a quick get-away!

First time here, came for a wedding. Loved the location and how relaxed everyone made you feel.328 was very well cleaned and maintained. Had issues with the fireplace staying lit, and the living room furniture was uncomfortable, but we were not in it very much. Bedroom tv received audio but no video on half the channels. Staff and Service was OUTSTANDING. Renting the golf cart is very well worth the $$$. Love to come back again!!

We absolutely loved our condo! (328). Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals. There was even a grill on the deck that we didn’t use, but will the next time! We had no issues. Our favorite part was sitting on the deck that overlooks the lake. This is a great place for families. It was the perfect relaxing trip that I was hoping for to celebrate me and my husband’s anniversary and being “parents-to-be” later this year!

Cond 328 was everything we needed in our 3 day stay. Very clean. Enjoyed the view from the deck. Could sit and listen to the band playing across the lake. Ate at
the Thirsty Turtle and good drinks. Was able to explore the marina with our golf cart that seats 4. Highly recommend! They allow you to drive the cart into Grand Rivers.. so much fun. Family friendly. Easy for our party of 4 all over 60. Cant wait to book our next time back. The Condo had everything.

This was a High School Reunion of Paducah Grads.
A number of rentals, including ours, were involved.
We found our Unit very convenient, clean, comfortable, and relaxing.
Our Lake View was among the best as compared to others and we plan to stay in the similar Unit, either one or two bedroom, in the future.
The Reunion attendees also voted to have the next event here also, as others had similar satisfaction. The insects were a challenge, though. Next time, going to bring my own perimeter spray/zapper/etc.

Our condo was overlooking the lake and the view was beautiful and relaxing. We hope to return in the Fall and stay at the same place. We spent an afternoon on the lake with a rental boat and the conditions were perfect. It was a 3 day getaway that was perfect.

We have been coming to Green Turtle Bay and staying in this condo for 6 years now and we just love it! It is always clean, well maintained, and the view is gorgeous! The staff at Green turtle bay never disappoints! We were disappointed this year that Dockers was closed as well as the thirsty turtle. We were heartbroken to learn that Violet and Phyllis were let go as well. This will be a huge loss for Green Turtle Bay.

My wife and I loved it for our anniversary, it was cold but we truly enjoyed the cabin and the view and the calmness of being there. It was nice to have a fun kitchen so we could eat most of our meals in the cabin. Also, we enjoyed the spa. It is a very short trip from our home but it seems like we were in a different world.

Though it rained all weekend (that's what is does in the Heartland in early Winter!) the resort and our cottage were wonderful! The cottage was very comfortable, and had a wonderful view of the water and wildlife. We had a good time in downtown Grand River, Patti's, the Cabin Pizza, and the Cafe. And we had a fabulous time at the resort at Dockers, the Spa and the Christmas party at the Yacht club. We definitely will be going back!

We are so happy to have discovered Green Turtle Bay!! Our condo was everything we hoped it would be! Very clean and had a great view of lake! Everyone we encountered was super friendly! We hope to take our 32ft Chris Craft and rent a slip and stay for a while! We are anxious to take our kids and grandchildren sometime!

I had stayed here a number of years ago with my sister and enjoyed coming back. The only complaint I would have is that the condo seemed a little shabby and was time for an update. Wanted to say we were sorry we left the water and ice cream in the frig - to far away when we remembered. Thank you. BTW the meal at the yacht club and servers were wonderful.

We sought the resort out as a place to seek some restful moments to regroup before returning to our hectic lives. We found exactly what we were looking for! The unit was very clean and well appointed. Checking in and out was extremely easy and the customer service was very helpful. Because of the time of the year we chose to stay, the nearby condos were empty making ours quiet except for the falling leaves. Wonderful! Yes, we would recommend this condo, and, yes, we hope to return again soon.

Unit 328 was clean and nicely decorated. The resort was well-maintained. Don't rent from the Marina, though. $252 for 2 days and had motor problems and other issues.
