This beautiful two bedroom, two bath, two story loft condo has a fabulous water view overlooking the bay area. Both bedrooms have a king bed and its own bath, TV's and DVD or VCR player. There is a digital flat screen TV over the gas log fireplace with DVD player. The sofa bed sleeps two. This condo has been lovingly cared for and is a no pet and no smoking unit. Wild life abounds here and is fun to watch from your deck! You are a close walk to the lake, one of the outdoor pools, convention center, a playground and boat rentals!

Lake escape
Great two bedroom with amazing lake views, can take in all the action by the dry stack area and dock for pontoon rental! Also can sit on the deck and listen to the live music from Tiki turtle!

great place to relax
4th time there the yaht club i miss then pier 31 closed very dis appointing gift shop needs inventory and the tiki turtle when completed ahould be nice. the staff is the best bar none.

GTB Condo Review
The condos at Green Turtle Bay are wonderful. This was my third visit and each time the condos were very clean. The resort grounds are beautiful and I have yet to see a piece of trash. I find the location relaxing and the views are wonderful.

Peaceful Escape
It was not complicated to book the rental. The agent was informative and polite. I love the resort and unit 329. I had visited previously. Greenbay Resort is a wonderful place to relax, write, walk, and get away. It gives me the feeling of being far away in a peaceful place while close to home. Fall 2023, I rented a different unit. The first night, I was disappointed and Frankly wasted my money. I was unable to sleep due to the hard mattress and rails that stuck out underneath the bed. I kept hitting my foot and physically hurting it on the bed rails. I sat up all night exhausted and toes and foot in pain. The office was contacted the next day. I requested to return to 329 and was warmly accommodated. I look forward to my next day.

Very nice condo, right on the water. The bedroom upstairs could use a new mattress, and new sheets. The shower door needs to be replaced/fixed, won't shut properly.

Relaxing weekend
Had a great 2 day stay at Turtle Retreat. Everything was as advertised. Very nice, great location with a great lake view. Weather turned cold on us, so we spent time playing cards and board games that the owners provide. The condo is very clean and has everything you could possibly need.

Great views and clean space
Quick overnight to visit Grand River at Christmas time. Condo was awesome location and beautifully decorated. The lake view was lovely! Clean and well equipped! We will be back for sure!!

A Wonderful Stay
We had two families staying in this condo and it was perfect for the sleeping arrangements! The living room was a little small, but we were inside due to the rain for awhile. If it’s great weather you won’t be inside much other then to sleep! The condo was super clean and had everything you needed. The beds were so comfy and the kids asked to take them home..lol We cannot wait to go back and we are bring 2 more families with us. The best part is this it can be an adult vacation or a family vacation and have just the same amount of fun!!

Relaxing at GTB
Good Morning all, We stayed in the 300 block and it was awesome. Off season so no issues with crowds (parking a little tough by the cottage). Greatly enjoyed Thursty Turtle and Charlie our server (give him a raise!). He took good care of us for sure. Cottage was very very clean and perfect for us to get away with friends for a few days. Hiked several places and toured by the Mississippi River. One comment for the owner is to replace the shower door upstairs. Not getting any better even with your note. We are planning to comeback during the summer with the kids for sure! Thanks!!

Great weekend!!
My best friends could not go on our annual shopping trip due to Covid. We found GTB condos and are so glad we did!! Incredibly clean, roomy and beautiful view. Rented a golf cart and explored !!

Self Care though Peaceful Tranquility
Beautiful location, peaceful getaway, close to Paducah however feels thousands of miles away without the cost. Will make one of my routine self care spots and communicate to others ots benefits.

Kentucky Lake - Turtle Condo
Really clean and tidy when we arrived. Condo had all the things we needed. Only downfall would be the loft is hard to sleep in when people are up and awake downstairs. Would visit Green Turtle Bay Resort again!

Owners of Unit 329 have it right! Splendid!
Easy access. Beautiful upon entry. Balcony provided a beckoning call from the lake. Everything was in order and the staff had the condo very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped. Everyone we came in contact with were smiling and helpful.
We rented a pontoon and had a wonderful 2 days on the lake.

Great get away
This is our third trip to Green Turtle Bay Resort. We love going to Patti’s and visiting the Amish in nearby Marion. We were right on the lake this time so it was beautiful and a great time to be there. We would have enjoyed the kitchen being better stocked in order to cook since we ate breakfast there each morning. But we made it work. We have recommended it to many of our friends.

Right on the water!
Lovely location and condo had everything we needed. The bedrooms were very comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the deck with its views of the water, boats, and many birds. Staff was very friendly and helpful. All was perfect, but wish parking was easier to figure out in the cul-de-sac.
