This beautiful two-bedroom, two bath condo with a loft has an electric fireplace in the living room and is overlooking the bay area. There is a king size bed in one bedroom and a queen size in the second. Both bedrooms feature their own bathrooms. TV's in all bedrooms and the living room, an outdoor grill, full kitchen, and a pull-out sofa in the living room are included for your convenience. This is a NON-SMOKING unit and DOES ALLOW PETS (dogs only). You will be just a short walk to the lake, one of two outdoor pools, a playground and boat rentals!

bayside condo
Great weekend getaway for a few days! Facility was clean and in great shape. Well stocked and comfortable. Internet worked very well and there we diverse TV options. Rented a golf cart for a day to toodle around, so fun! If you are a boater, they have rentals. Very relaxing.

Unit #330 at Green Turtle Bay
Condo was in a great location and the view from deck was awesome! Loft bedroom very comfortable and roomy! TV's, stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator and ice maker all worked great. Bath towels were clean and smelled fresh. A few suggestions...the deck had a few nails protruding so please check so kids and adults do not injure themselves. Coffee maker does not automatically shut off so remember to flip the button or unplug. There was a window broke behind the couch and some rotting on the window sill outside that needs attention. The downstairs bedroom mattress is very hard and probably needs replaced. We had a great Memorial Day weekend at this condo!

Beautiful view and clean accommodations
We had a beautiful view of the bay. The condo was very clean. We will
definitely be back to Green Turtle Bay. I would like to make a suggestion for this particular condo. The furniture and mattresses really need to be updated. All were not comfortable at all. Especially the queen bed it was like sleeping on a rock.

Cute condo right on the bay
Excellent place, pictures didn't do it justice. Clean azad nd sanitized. Well kept and beautiful. I suggest tsking better photos we wrre pleasantly surprised when we arrived.

Family Reunion
We had a fabulous time. Our son and daughter's families stayed at nearby condos so we could enjoy each other. We loved the pool at the spa and enjoyed the lake with the pontoon. The condo was clean and well stocked. Everyone was very helpful and so willing to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Plan to be back next year.

Great stay at GTB
The condo was clean and in a nice location with a lake view. The staff was so nice and helpful. The only improvement could be the beds. They were a a nice size but a little stiff for my liking. Otherwise, a very nice stay.

Great trip to Green Turtle Bay!
We arrived on a Wednesday and our condo wasn't ready yet so we relaxed in the gazebo by the water and waited about 30 minutes and it was ready. When we got in the condo we had everything we needed as promised. The only drawback was the weather, we had some bad storms that knocked the power out pretty quickly. But all in all everything was excellent. We plan on visiting again and would recommend Green Turtle to others. We were also able to bring our lab dog with us on her first road trip and it was perfect for her. She gave it a five bark rating!

Great Derby weekend at GTB
Second time staying in pet friendly Condo 330 at GTB - the decor is pleasant and the deck is relaxing with a great view of the water - loved spending Derby weekend at GTB - all the staff make you feel so welcome - the Derby party was great and the band was awesome as well as the new chef at the Yacht Club - and can’t forget great shopping at the Ship’s Store and breakfast at Dockers- can’t wait to get back to this wonderful resort!

Long Weekend Stay (April 2019)
My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay at GTB. The condo was immaculate and the staff very friendly. This was our 3rd consecutive year at GTB, and we always try to take advantage of the 3 nights for the cost of 2 special. My only recommendation is to reduce the price of the golf cart rental - $69/day is too expensive.

Great Sisters Weekend!
Condo 330 provided the perfect Labor Day vacation for a sister's weekend including our family pet! The view from the deck was relaxing and beautiful! The decor was very nice and the condo was well maintained with two bedrooms providing plenty of privacy! All the GTB personnel are friendly and always make our vacations a real treat - Docker's Grill, the Yacht Club and the Thirsty Turtle have great food and entertainment - the Ship's store has great shopping and the Jade and Earth Spa just makes a trip complete - can't wait to get back to GTB! I have friends I have referred that are there right now celebrating a birthday weekend and they love GTB too!

Extended Weekend
We stayed from Wednesday through Sunday and this was the perfect getaway. Brought our dog on vacation for the first time and this condo was perfect for pets. Loved the high ceilings and loft and deck. The TVs were a little outdated and the couch wasn't really comfortable but we spent most of our time outside so this was very insignificant to us. Walked to the boat rental and used shuttle service to the beach and tavern. Beach was kind of rocky but shuttle was excellent, rental office was excellent, pizza at the tavern was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay!

Family Reunion
Overall very Pleasant, enjoyed the lake and pontoon rentals, we brought our own wave runners that added a lot of value to our experience. Most of our family stayed in the 500 block, liked that location better and the houses/condos were more updated and furnished more comfortably, but we had a dog and this unit allowed pets. It had a nice view, and was conveniently located near the boat rental docks.

Crazy Yorkie Ladies
We had an awesome time here at Green Turtle Bay asa well as the town of Grand Rivers. The employees were courteous and helpful. The live entertainment at the Thirsty Turtle was fantastic

Holiday Glow
Great area to vacation as there are quite a few things to do and see. Hiking, quilt museum, downtown Paducah make it a fun destination. Patti’s Settlement a must. I would take a pass on property restaurants if I come again, but rest of resort is terrific. Beautiful decorations give it a Currier and Ives feel.
