A great time!
This was a great place to stay! The place met all our needs. We enjoyed the back deck. It had a beautiful lake view. We spent a lot of our time on the deck, fortunately no rain to spoil it. It would be nice if part of the deck was screened in. The lake, pontoon rental, the pool, tennis courts ..... made our stay! Thank you!

Good not great
Our family of 6 adults, 4 children + (1 baby) stayed in Unit 502 Yacht May 24-27, 2024. It was obvious the owners had made improvements in flooring, counters, some ceiling fans an some lighting. That said, mattresses very firm, fridge ice maker did not work and oven fan worked (barely), sink garbage disposal very loud. Called maintenance who came out and did what they could. Little things like the toilet seat was loose. Also had maintenance also replace light bulbs and adjust master ceiling fan. It was 12 plus feet high and needs replacing with a fane that can be adjusted with a remote. Air conditioning worked well. Overall served the needs of our family but for us swapping out the upstairs queen for a king makes sense. Also our first rental at GTB without a screen porch (we prefer one). Finally, when we could sit outside would suggest to the owners to spend the $ for high quality polywood furniture. No rust and little upkeep unlike the porch sets that were rusting. Bath rooms could also use updating but that's not unusual for these condos

Great Family Get-a-way
It's been years since we brought our little ones to GTB. This time we brought our adult kis with their little ones and I'm hoping to continue the tradition once again. Best place close to home.

Venhaus Family Vacation
Our first time to GTB and our family had a great time!
Staff was very friendly and the condo was perfect for all of us. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom and the living room, kitchen and dining areas were great for eating and relaxing. Beautiful view from our deck. We will definitely be back!

Annual Summer Stay
Green Turtle Is always a great place to stay! Rented a golf cart to ride around on- very handy for loading your boat or running up town to the store. Condo was very clean and well appointed- really enjoyed our stay! Only critique I had was the mattress in the master bedroom was hard as a rock!

Spring Break
Parents couldn't take enough vacation time to go to Florida but GTB is close enough we could come and go as necessary. Weather was rainy part of the time but the indoor pool was great for the grandkids. Golf cart rides are ALWAYS a big hit and skipping rocks on the shore was great fun too! We took one day to travel to Union City to the Discovery Park as it's only about an hour away.
