The two downstairs bedrooms each include a king bed, en suite bath, smart TV, and direct access to the back porch with beautiful lake views, while the two upstairs bedrooms each offer a queen bed, a full-size bunk set, en suite bath, and smart TV. The living area features a cozy electric fireplace, large smart TV, and sliding doors that open to a screened-in porch, perfect for enjoying morning coffee and sunrises over Lake Barkley. Additional sleeping space is available with two twin pullouts in the living room closet. The fully equipped kitchen and large dining area provide plenty of room for family meals, celebrations, and game nights. This non-smoking condo does not allow guest pets* and is an ideal retreat for family and friends to relax and enjoy the lake life, with access to resort amenities including boat ramps, rentals, and docks, a marina, golf cart rentals, two outdoor pools, one indoor pool, a spa, fitness room, tennis courts, playground, activity center, and beach volleyball.

We did our FriendsGiving weekend here and everyone was so comfortable and loved this house! We booked it again for Mothers Day weekend to bring out our grandbabies and kids.. booked next door 502 with this 503 to accommodate our big family ❤️

Reunion MUST
Our family has a reunion every year, Green Turtle Bay has been our favorite! We will be back again next year. One thing I love about staying here is that every room has its own bathroom! There is no waiting in line for a shower. So much beauty as well as privacy in case you need some space from other family members. Highly recommend and we are always super pleased with our stay.

Great Stay as usual at Green Turtle Bay
We stay there every year the first weekend in November and visit Patti’s . We are so excited that we started staying in your rentals for 3 years now and will keep staying there in years to come. It was great!

Ponder reunion weekend
Perfectly accommodating! This unit accommodates so many people! Great for multiple families to stay here due to the bed situation, and Murphy beds in living room area!

Beautiful, clean, spacious condo
Our family enjoyed our stay at your condo. It is beautifully decorated, very spacious, and well equipped with everything we needed. The condo was spotless - great job cleaning crew! The management company ladies were very kind and helpful!

Loving the lake
We came with out two sons and their children, so a large group of us. The homes at GTB are perfect for this. The indoor pool was a blessing on a the one day it rained.

Review of 503 - June 2023
Weekend to celebrate engagement 10 individuals, used the pool, beach and rented a boat. The house is very nice and was roomy for all of us beautiful views off back porch. Would definitely come back. Suggestions are mainly for kitchen: supply a couple more pods for dishwasher, an extra role of paper towels, and extra trash bags and hand towels for kitchen. Coffee pot may need up graded leaked and hard to use. Also extra toilet paper was needed.
