thanksgiving weekend
We have stayed at GTB several times. Always a good experience. The bedrooms are good sizes and each with an on suite bathroom. updated unit.

Unit 508
Unit 508 is a really clean well kept unit. We had 3 couples and appreciated that the bedrooms are offset with their own bathrooms and pretty minimal sound transfer. The kitchen is nicely equipped. Living room has comfortable seating. We enjoyed playing cards and having meals at the adequate size table with real chairs. Enjoyed hanging out on the deck. We had a minor maintenance issue and the team responded quickly and was very apologetic.

We enjoyed our vacation in unit 508. It was clean and a convenient location to all the activities. Although you still need to rent a golf cart or there is alot of walking. The unit is well stocked with everything you need.

A very nice get away
I would like to go back to GTB if I have the opportunity. The unit we stayed in was very nice. There were some amenities on the property that could be updated: pools, playgrounds, beach.

Weekend in Heaven
We stayed in 508 and it was amazing. A quiet weekend with our children and grandchildren was enjoyed by all. The condo (house) was so pretty, clean and stocked to perfection. We will be back.

Fantastic fun
Unit 508 was very clean. No complaints. Staff was very friendly. Cruised around town on the golf carts. Rented the tritoon for tubing. Kids had a blast! Already planning next year’s adventure there!

Very nice unit. Kids loved the bunk beds. 4 BR was just oerfect for our family weekend. Comfortably furnished, clean and quiet. Nice view of the lake. Would highly recommend this unit. Only thing missing is a screened in porch.

Family time
Our 2nd family gathering here in 5TH and the condos are perfect for that purpose! The area is quiet and clean, great for children!
My only negative comment is the cost! And for that reason, my siblings and I will look at other options for next year.

Family Vacation
This is a trip my family looks forward to every Labor Day weekend. Our parents stay in the home next to us. We have had this tradition going for at least 7 years. The homes are always neat and clean. The family loves to swim and fish and ride the go carts when available. Would recommend these beautiful homes to anyone who loves spending time with family.

Great Time Had by All
We had a party of 13, so we used every bed in Unit 508 and brought 2 blow-up beds to boot. There was so much room in this unit that no one felt crowded. And every person had accesd to every other person.
The unit was clean and modern. We were all satisfied and will definitely be back next year.

Perfect Vacation Home.
This home is very lovely and has updated appliances. We play all day and then come in to cook meals together and then sit and visit and play games. Bedrooms are very large with very comfy beds for adults and children each with their own bath. Very tastefully decorated with smart TVS and LOTS of games. Large dinning table for meals and games. Great wrap porch. We will be staying in this cabin again. We have NOTHING negative to say. This is a fantastic home!

Great Vaca Getaway!!
Our condo was everything we expected! Very clean, plenty of everything we needed and the staff was awesome! Our favorite feature was the balcony where it overlooked the lake. It could use a little brush clean out to bring out more of the lake view, but I think that is what they were working on while we were staying there. Definitely go to Dockers!! The most friendly and welcoming atmosphere!!!

Weekend get away
Our family had a great time at Green Turtle Bay resort. We took advantage of an after Labor Day special with a condo and boat rental. We had 9 adults and a small child, and there was plenty of room. The condo was very nice and clean. We did have trouble with the main door lock which was fixed promptly. We also lost our AC so it got warm overnight, but maintenance responded pretty quickly. It did take a while to get the condo cooled again, but we were out on the boat most of the time.

Amazing getaway
Our family needed a close to home get away and Green Turtle Bay was perfect. The staff was very accommodating and laid back. Our home was stayed in was perfect and exactly what the pictures portrayed. The house was equipped with anything we could think of! The entire resort had the perfect balance of options and relaxation! Our only desire was to have a fire pit to make s’mores. But again, we were accommodated by going to the Thirsty Turtle!

Another Great Family Weekend at GTB
Very good. Very limited supply of toilet tissue. We were charged an amenity fee when the pools and other amenities were closed. It was a lovely unit that we stayed in.

A awesome vacation
We stayed in 508. It was very clean and had everything we needed in it. My son was down from Washington and we had a great visit and the kids looked it. They had indoor and outdoor pool really clean and nice. We enjoyed fishing riding the golf cart around town, see the deer, and the beautiful sun rises. It beautiful there.

Great 4 Bedroom Condo
Used this condo for a family get together, 7 adults. The furniture was all very nice, and the kitchen well stocked. We cooked dinner in here three nights and were very pleased with the items provided. My only complaints are that the air conditioning could not keep up in the upstairs even if we made it cool in the evening. On inspection, the filters on the outside unit are completely clogged and need attention.
