Third cousin get together
We love the location and the facilities. The only thing we have a problem with are the cushions on the outside deck. It’s the perfect place to gather, except for the worn out cushions.

GREAT LABOR DAY WEEKEND
Our Condo was perfect! We loved each bedroom having their own bathroom. Everyone raved about what a nice condo it was. We had all had a great time, and our only regret was that we could not stay longer!

Great Stay!

Very nice
We had a lovely vacation. The house was very well stocked, it was clean and
Spacious. Beautiful view of lake and lake was fun. The grounds were well maintained at house and the resort. Everyone was helpful at resort.

My home away from home
We have been coming to GTB every summer for over 30 years ! All the renovations and upgrades recently are very nice! Was sad to see Dockers is no longer a place for me to get my breakfast, this was a staple in our stays there and lots of memories of our lake weekends are of dockers! However, we do enjoy thirsty turtle and the now Trendy turtle is a very cute boutique! We were at GTB the last two weekends and had fabulous weather that allowed lots of lake time! The condos never disappoint and very accommodating! See you in a few weeks!

Girls Weekend
We arrived on Friday afternoon. The house was perfect! It was well maintained, just like the pictures , and very clean. We enjoyed the Thirsty Turtle and the Yacht Club. We are already making plans to return!

Excellent Customer Service
The condo was very nice and had everything we needed for the week. But what really stood out to us was the friendly staff at all areas of Green Turtle Bay. The day we were leaving it started raining hard as we were loading our boat. Tim was driving by and stopped to get out and ask if he could help. That left a lasting impression on our stay. We will be back soon.

Clean, comfortable as usual
We have stayed in Unit 510 many times and will do so again. Green Turtle Bay staff are so nice and accommodating. This particular unit of 4br and 4 1/2 baths fits our family of 10 well. Also, the owners have upgraded the screened porch table and chairs and new cushions on the outdoor furniture. New bed coverings as well. Like most GTB condos it could still use some upgrades especially in the bathrooms and furnishings but again we will be back there next year.

Green Turtle Bay Unit 510 Review
Green Turtle Bay was the perfect weekend getaway with the family and my children. The condo was very spacious and perfect size for our family.

The covered porch and view was our favorite thing and we spent the majority of our time in the porch while in the condo.

I would recommend updating the furniture, paint, and decor. Better mattresses in the unit would make the stay even better.

Great Getaway Spot
Our family loved the mini vacation we took to Green Turtle Bay. The condo had all the comforts of home with a great view of the lake. My kids really enjoyed the indoor pool and pontoon boat rental. Patti’s restaurant is a must do experience. Save room for dessert.

What a FABULOUS PLACE TO STAY!!!
This house has absolutely everything you need and want! We went into the rental with a great referral but it blew our expectations out of the water. The location was amazing. The screened-in porch was large and sat all of us, we spend a lot of time out there lounging and having a great time. The house was spotless and very well taken care of. We had ZERO complaints, and we were a group of 8 ladies. I would recommend not only this rental but the GTB resort to anyone wanting to feel like they are getting away and having a truly lovely experience. The people at the resort are all so helpful and kind. A definite 10 out of 10!

Good, clean with ecexptions
Unit 510. We have stayed in 2 times now and are again over Labor Day. The size, layout and location are good for our family of 10 (6 adults/4 children). This unit is like all units that we have stayed in at GTB. The furniture and decorations need a major updating. Also a struggle for the air-conditioning units to keep up on hot days. The screen porch had not been cleaned. Ceiling fan, screens, decking, table and chairs were all dirty. We took our wipes to clean the table and chairs (covid/dirt) so our grandchildren could use. Again a good cleaning and new cushions for the screen porch would be a big help.

Great family holiday weekend!!
Stayed at GTB over Labor Day weekend for the second year in a row and also our second stay this year. Our condo (510) was great as usual. Fits our family well. Check-in was quick, easy and early. We don’t use many of the amenities offered at GTB since we rent a pontoon boat from their docks. The dock crew was above and beyond as usual including office staff. Special kudos to Chad and Gala!! We have already locked in two of next year’s summer holidays. Boat with slide was a big hit with kids and adults alike. The boats are getting a bit of wear on them so hope they are replaced by next summer. Again, GTB is all about service. Highly recommend!!

Above & Beyond
This is the 3rd different unit at GTB that we have stayed in during the past 10 months and it was by far the best. In fact we have it rented again for Labor Day this year. Lots of room for our family and a terrific screen porch. Lots of bright colors.

On a constructive note I think the baths in this unit and all units need upgrading. The bath counter is less than waist high and the toilets seem about 12 inches from the floor.

On a non-unit issue we rented a pontoon for two days and the dock staff couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. a special thanks to Gala who helped us each day. All of the staff goes out of their way to show that GTB appreciates your business.

Highly recommend GTB.

Very Enjoyable
We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and spacious. Everything was very convenient. Especially loved the new screened porch on the back! Our family spent a lot of time out there.

Our family had a wonderful time at GTB. My husband and I bring our trawler up river and stay at the marina and we rent a house for the family.House was comfortable, great screened porch overlooking lake. Staff in all areas very welcoming and friendly..plenty to entertain you or just chill. Will be back.
