Comfortable executive three bedroom lake front condo with large screened in porch. Handicap access ramp. Master bedroom has king bed, bath with walk in shower. Second bedroom has a king bed, third bedroom has two twin beds. Sleeper sofa accommodates the kids. Large screen TV with DVD over the electric fireplace. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and flat screen TV with DVD, plus there's a half bath and washer/dryer off the living area. Comfy furniture and carpeting throughout. Cable and Wi-Fi provided. Plenty of games and movies. Fully furnished kitchen, propane grill on the deck overlooking Barkley Dam. Close to the Health Club and beach. This is a no smoking and no pets condo. The owner of this unit is a pet owner, our housekeepers are very thorough, but we cant not guarantee that the unit is allergen and animal dander-free.

Girl’s Getaway!
We had a wonderful time in this charming condo. The view was perfect! The bonus was watching a herd of deer run behind our condo along the lake.

Loved our stay.
We were visiting because of a death in the family. Was so comfortable. We were able to have our family with us. We wished the fireplace worked as it was cool during our visit. This is our 3rd visit to Green Turtle, would recommend.

Springtime is beautiful here
Our party of 5 needed an overnight stay in a natural area, with a water view and variety of activities. Green Turtle Bay delivered. The cabin was beautiful, spacious and accommodating, and the view was idyllic. We walked the peaceful grounds, rode a golf cart for exploring to dinner at Grand Rivers and fishing nearby on the banks. We went swimming at the indoor pool and played games at night in the cabin. The buds on the numerous large trees were opening and the new life of spring was all around us. The staff were very friendly. It is a great getaway place.

First time visitor
We recently spent the weekend at Green Turtle Bay. I did a lot of research prior to renting a condo and it appeared that they had the nicest condos for rent in the area. It was my grandchildren's first exposure to a lake vacation. Overall, we had a great stay. Checkin was quick and efficient. The unit was clean and the kitchen was ok. The only thing that could have improved the stay would have been bettter mattresses on the bed. We had breakfast and lunch at the Thirsty Turtle. They were still trying to get accustomed to doing breakfast there and it could have been better. We also had dinner at the Commonwealth Yacht Club and it was good. We also rented a pontoon boat and it was clean and the service was great. Overall, a nice weekend vacation.

Great vacation
We had a wonderful time at Green Turtle Bay. We rented two houses next to each other and had all of our children and grandkids. The houses were beautiful and very well stocked. We had great views and enjoyed the pool. Beach and lake. We will definitely be back next year. Thank you for such a memorable stay!

Side Patio Rocks!
Enjoyed our short stay at the lake, but our house was great. Kitchen was well stocked and the side, screened in patio was the best for evening (and late night) hanging out with friends and family! Will definitely rent again!

Great Condo
As always GTB was a great short get away for us. We were hoping to use the fireplace in the unit but it wouldn’t work. Called management and they responded quickly but were unable to get it working. The only hitch in an otherwise very pleasant stay.

Very nice experience
Our stay at Green Turtle Bay was very nice. The cottage rental was easy and it was very nice- clean, well-kept, all the amenities we needed. The staff was excellent! All we’re friendly, knowledgeable about the property and polite. We loved the ease of the golf cart rental and thoroughly enjoyed boating on the lake! The community pool was also nice and the kiddos loved it. It was clean and everyone visiting was kind and courteous. We enjoyed local food that was delivered for our large family gatherings in the conference center. The Thirsty Turtle fare was delicious as was the bbq. A bit of shopping at the local grocery was very convenient and there were ample choices for our crew! Was great not to have to pack so much for the trip too! We will definitely return. Thank you... great time!

Enjoyed our stay at Green Turtle Bay. Our rental was clean and spacious. Kitchen was nice, had all the equipment/tools needed. Air conditioning worked really well since it was over 100 heat index.

GTB unit 511
Loved the resort. Pool by marina was nice.
Resort was quiet and relaxing. Rented a golf cart and was perfect for tooling around. 3 BR, 2.5 bath was perfect size for our family. Screened in deck was oversized and utilized a lot. Furniture on the deck should be replaced though. We had found, captured a mouse and cleaned up dropping in the kitchen the whole stay. 1 door to deck would not open. Door to screened in porch was sticking, very hard to open and close. Mouse was the biggest negative. Rented Pontoon from the marina and it was a very clean, new boat. The service at marina was excellent, they gave good advice on spots to stop at or drive by and that made for a great day on the lake. Live music at Thirsty Turtle was nice,, good food.. the did run out of beer on Monday which was disappointing. Will definitely return to GTB.

Fall School Break at GTB

Perfect Family Vacation
This place was absolutely perfect! We had a family reunion and folks were staying in various spots but ours was by far the most popular! We had the best view. I fixed a big family breakfast and there was plenty of room and utensils. The kitchen is well stocked and it was a bonus having the washer and dryer. We wil definitely be back!

Awesome Resort

Best Place to Stay on the Lakes
Love the layout of the 1/2 bath on the main floor, the huge screened in porch and the extra room in the master bath. The amenities at GTB are so wonderful, and the staff are great.
