Girl's Fall Trip

Family Vacation
We rented 3 condos beside each other for an extended family get together. The space worked well for all of us, the outdoor and screened porches were a nice bonus. Green Turtle Bay amenities were great. We rented golf carts, ate at the restaurant, swam in the indoor pool, walked the trails, and had a campfire on the beach. We had a boat at the marina as well. Two great condos and great service!
What started out shaky ended up being an example of great customer service. We were notified just hours before our stay that the AC had gone out in our condo and we had to switch. We were given two choices, and stayed in 513 for 2 nights while a new unit was installed in our condo - 504. So this is a review in 2 parts:
513-beautifully decorated 3BR at the end of the court with a HUGE screened in porch overlooking both lake and woods. Nicely appointed with quality dishes and glassware. The owner even had boxes of toys/games for kids. My only suggestion is that we missed lounge furniture -no need for so many tables. In a porch that large at least a few comfy chairs or sofa would really make this condo a 10!
504- 4BR condo with very cute decor and huge bedrooms. Nice linens and comfy beds. The screened in more was much smaller but did had the comfy lounge furniture we liked. However one of the screen doors was completely ripped on 2sides so this needs to be addressed.
The staff at GBT were very accommodating and even assisted with moving our things. This was a completely different experience from the last time we stayed when our condo was switched and we were not even notified. Easter Weekend Getawat
We loved our cottage on the lake. It was so convenient to rent golf carts from Green Turtle Bay and use them around the resort. Easy golf cart parking at Patti’s Settlement. Great experience
Our 3rd visit to GTB over the past year and a half. Always a good time. This condo was our favorite so far. Fantastic screen porch and beautiful water views. The only hitch was getting take out from the yacht club restaurant. Apparently a large group was taking up all the resources so they closed for take out. Would have been good to know when we checked in. So a disappointment there but I assume they are struggling with getting help like many businesses. Loved everything but the beds

Fun Family time
We had two houses. WE love a screened in porch right on the water.One house was updated very nicely and the other was a little tired but still served our needs! Beautiful sunrises.We did rent a pontoon and this year it was a very old model. That is the only complaint! Home away from home
This was my second year of staying at Green Turtle Bay! I stayed in the same 3 bedroom condo! We had an event in town with about 200 people! Most everyone stayed there! I love this place! The ladies at the office are amazing! I was there both times for 7 days. On my last trip, I got two hours down the road and realized I actually left all my hanging clothes in the closet. I call in panic to Wendy and she told me not to turn around as I had a 12 hr trip. They actually got my clothes and mailed them to me! These people are amazing! The condo is beyond beautiful! So much room and a hug screened in porch to relax on and watch the deer! I will be staying there again next year same time! Wonderful house
This house had everything we needed, with a gorgeous view to boot. Loved the feeling of being surrounded by water. The three bedrooms were perfect for 2 adult couples and 2 kids. Could have easily fit more kids. Love the touch of having games and movies. Kitchen was well appointed, pots in good shape, etc. I love how all these condos have screened in porches.
