Unit 601 - Hook Wine & Sinker

A very nice condo, great furniture in the bedrooms, and the kitchen table great. We had an issue with the upstairs AC unit after hours, and the emergency contact had someone there withing an hour, then when it turned out to be electrical, he arranged an electrician within the hour, and we were cool by bedtime. Fantastic service.

I stayed in Hook, Wine, & Sinker for a week in 2018 and was eager to return this summer. I was not disappointed. Sure, the furnishings were a little more shopworn and could use an update perhaps, but the place was spotless and quite comfortable. The management team does a great job in preparing each unit and was very accommodating when I needed to arrive after office hours. I live in a city and the serenity I experienced sitting on that screened-in porch overlooking the pond and watching the wildlife pass by was just what I needed to completely relax, even in the baking temperatures. My son, his wife, and my grandchild stayed with me, and the memories I have of the wonderful times spent together in the spacious and comfortable great room will stay with me for a very long time. We were part of a large group celebrating a family reunion, and I know each of us appreciated the fun we had renting boats, eating out, using the indoor pool, and just enjoying the area. I do wish there were a bigger grocery store nearby as we had to drive to Paducah to get what we wanted. On the other hand, Cabin Pizza (right in Grand Rivers) had the best pizza for many miles around !!! I would definitely recommend Green Turtle Resort to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation in Kentucky.

The property was clean and well maintained. The location of the condo was on the end of the road. Super nice location. Closest to the indoor pool. Very friendly personal. Rode golf carts to Pattis for some Miniature golf and ice cream. The pool closest to the condos in the 300’s was our favorite to lounge around in and lay out.
It’s About a 15 minute drive-But check out Hub-bs to eat. You will not be disappointed.

My husband and I, along with 150 of our friends and family, stayed at Green Turtle Bay for our wedding weekend. It was the PERFECT place for everyone to stay. Every condo was immaculately clean, and it was the best setup we could have imagined for all our wedding guests: large families and groups of friends, smaller groups, and single couples all had a plethora of condos to choose from. The golf carts were also a highlight of the weekend! The staff was incredibly accommodating throughout the weekend. Cannot recommend GTB enough for large groups!

Comfortable, relaxing, and needed time away from the outside world. Mgmt very accommodating and helpful. Loved the wooded placement at the edge of the woods giving access to wildlife and water.

Hi, we stayed for 6 nights for our 31st anniversary in June 2021. We had an amazing time. There had been bad storms the weekend before we arrived, and our televisions were out and the thermostat was stuck on freezing upstairs (which I loved by the way), but the maintenance team were swapping out tv's when we arrived and sent and electrician within a very short time after we reported the ac was running continually. The condo was clean and beautiful. We will be back and hope to rent 601 again in the future.

We really enjoyed the condo. The location was perfect. It is at the end of the row and quiet. We watched the deer and a heron each morning and evening.
The deck was a great place to spend the early morning or evenings. No bugs and it was lovely during the rain.

This location was an amazing place to stay. Every aspect from the inside to the outside covered porch was clean and comfortable. The scenery was relaxing and beautiful. The owner’s did a great job providing comfortable beds and furniture as well. We will be back!

From all angles, our family reunion at this resort was a success. My particular rental unit, #601, was lovely in every way. It is furnished comfortably and thoughtfully, and the unit is in a great location. The tranquil view to the pond and its wildlife from the screened in porch was a favorite spot of mine. We had one very minor maintenance problem which was dealt with quickly and professionally. I believe anyone looking for a two bedroom unit at the resort could not do better than #601.
