Quick weekend getaway
This was our first trip to the Kentucky/Barkley lake area. We had a great weekend, the property was perfect for our family and we will definitely be back!

The Chetwyn
It was a very nice and fun stay. We have stayed in this condo several times. we love the location and that we can bring our dog. We brought our boat and had a lot of fun on the lake. We ate at the two restaurants at Green Turtle Bay and we enjoyed both. The food and service was excellent! We love staying at Green Turtle Bay because of the location. We can go to Patti' Settlement to eat and shop also.

Loved Chetwyn 609
Accommodations were great. Loved the screened porch. Plenty of room. I’ll ask for it again. Wish the indoor pool stayed open later, especially when the outdoor pools aren’t open yet.

Birthday Getaway
The weather was typical for the beginning of spring, we only got one good day in to grill. So we decided to run to the local grocery store and grab some food. We never thought to check the grills condition. The grates were completely rusted, we used aluminum foil, and all of the food ended up tasting like burnt chemicals. Pretty sure it's time for a new grill.

My son and my grandpuppy Jax stayed here
We stayed in the condo next door to 609, but my son and his dog Jax and girlfriend stayed in 609. It was clean and nice. The chairs in the living room were worn and the 4 around the card table were old and squeaky, but with dog's allowed I understand. They had a nice time and appreciate being able to bring Jax along.

Green turtle weekend
Very happy with our condo at green turtle bay fir a family weekend! This condo had all amenities that we needed and we were thrilled to be able to bring our dogs! Really enjoyed the screened in porch and the view.

GTB Vacation in June
We enjoyed the accommodations. The home we rented for the week was comfortable and clean. Staff was helpful and courteous. The location on Lake Barkley was convenient to boat over to KY Lake as well. We'll do it again.

Love this place!
Second year we have stayed here for a girls trip and it’s perfect for us! Great location, clean, everything that you need inside. And the view of the lake is great! We watched the fawns running and playing the entire time!

Short but so sweet!
We loved staying at Chetwyn at GTB. We had everything we needed and more! The location was perfect and so serene. We had lots of deer grazing by the pond and enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch in the mornings and evenings.Everything was clean and comfy. We felt very at home. We rented a boat for the day and kayaks another day. The only problem was we wish we could have stayed longer. This was a last minute booking due to covid and canceled plans so we were lucky to find 3 days that weren't booked. We definitely recommend Chetwyn if you have pets, several people coming and enjoy peace and quiet.

Family Stay During Christmas
We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. It was equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the view was great. The screened in porch was a perfect touch. There was even a Christmas tree in the cottage.

Family Vacation
